The manager on both Friday and Saturday were very accommodating to ever changing requests. I was coordinating a wedding Saturday, and as timeliness changed unforseen needs arose the managers on both days were right there, "just let me know if you need anything else." Or " What else can I do for you?" This is true customer service.
Highly disappointed in the failure in communication after sending emails and calling numerous times with no return reply which resulted in our event not going as planned. They didn’t mind still charging us $5600 however! I am not one to leave reviews but I have yet to get a reply to my last email.

Traditions catered my daughter's wedding in April and did an outstanding job! The food was so delicious (the brussel sprouts with goat cheese are to die for) and their staff is top notch. We worked with Zanny to plan the big day and she has such a wonderful way about her and a tremendous attention to detail. We went in for a tasting a few months ahead of time and were so impressed. And the day of the wedding went incredibly smoothly. Our wedding coordinator gave them two thumbs up for how professional, thorough, and efficient they were. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I was really impressed with the service I received from Traditions. I planned a surprise 60th birthday party for my mom at Chesapeake Golf Club. Our event planner was Caitlin, and she was great! She always made herself available to meet with me and was quick to respond to my emails. All of the staff members I came into contact with were great. The event itself was spectacular and I got many complements from our guests about how nice it was. The food was very good! I would recommend Traditions!
