I love this place! Everything from their smoothies to bagels to coffees is amazing. My all time favorite is the Mango Unchained smoothie juice. It's a little pricey, but I've always felt that the fresh ingredients and just clean, groovy atmosphere are worth it.

My wife and I were excited to give this place a try so we decided to head over there on Memorial Day. I mainly came for a cappuccino but after looking at the menu I was also enticed to grab a bite to eat. My wife really wanted to try a smoothie bowl. Seemed like this would be an upscale experience but we ended up disappointed. From the moment we walked in we didn't get the feeling we were welcome there by the staff. There was this off energy that gave us a vibe as though we were an inconvenience. There weren't any other patrons there, just my wife and I, as well as the staff. We approached the gentleman at the counter to put in our food order and was told the kitchen was closed. We were told we could have a pastry from the display, but that was about it. Kitchen is closed during buisness hours??? Okay, whatever. Went to put in my cappuccino order and then was told the espresso machine was broken. So basically, our option was a smoothie or pastry neither of which we traveled there for. The guy had no idea when the machine would be fixed either. We made the comment we might try stopping by next weekend and the worker remarked that "hopefully" it will be fixed by then. I just got the feeling like they weren't completely being honest with us. Like they just told us the kitchen was closed because they didn't want to work. As for the espresso machine, I dunno. Maybe it was broke maybe it wasn't. We just didn't get the warm and fuzzys about this place and not so sure we will even return. Maybe I should call and speak to a manager about the experience? Maybe.

I had the mango smoothie. It was delicious. I drank it before I got halfway home. I was mindless driving and then heard that noise when there’s no more left in the cup. If I didn’t have to go to work I would’ve gone back to get another.I guess the price is what you pay these days for a fresh fruit smoothie. Only reason for a 4 is because I haven’t tasted any food yet. Once I do I’ll update..Update:This may be my new favorite breakfast spot. The ONLY place I know of that has a Turkey bacon lettuce and tomato bagel. And it was delicious!Got another mango smoothie as well. ?I scarfed it all down before I could take a pic. Maybe next time.

Love the vibe here! It was crowded on a Thursday morning when I arrived but I found a place to sit and enjoy some quiet time. Delicious signature latte (caramochanut) and they even wrote encouragement on the lid! Wish I had time in the area to try more of their coffees.

Ordered a Vietnamese coffee online. Order was confirmed. I show up and the guy at the front tells me they'll have it out in just a moment. I understood since I arrived about 5 minutes prior to the estimated time for my order to be prepared. Barista Kaila later comes out and tells me they don't have any Vietnamese coffee. What I don't understand is why did they confirm my order and proceed to tell me they're about to make my drink upon arrival just for me to find out they're out of that drink? Kaila then asked me if I would like another on-tap drink to replace the Vietnamese coffee for the same price. No offer for a return of my money nor an apology. I didn't want to have wasted my time coming out, so I asked for a Honey Cinnamon latte, and it was handed to me without an apology (still) for confirming my order when it could not be fulfilled. Service at this location has been subpar the past few times I've been here. Will not be returning, as much as I'd like to support baristas and coffee shops in my area. As someone who has worked in the service industry for over 5 years, I'm very disappointed in Kaila's unprofessional and borderline rude/apathetic behavior. I did not throw a fit nor argue nor complain. All I did was look disappointed when told the news of there being no Vietnamese coffee - and Kaila seemed to have felt that I deserved complete apathy in response. Horrible service.

Almost four dollars: burnt bagel with cream cheese (which cost extra).Edit: it’s not even an everything bagel, which I ordered.Edit 2: it seems as if they used the cream cheese to try and cover up the parts that were most burnt. It’s a lesson to check your food before you leave I guess

Immediately upon walking into the shop, I noticed three things: there were only three workers(one cook in the back and two up front), they were unorganized and lazy(especially the light red head man with the glasses, we will call him John), and absolutely NOBODY was wearing a mask. The shop was pretty full(Note: everyone was either eating their food or there to study/work), so the bedroom sized area we were confined in felt uncomfortable to take my mask off even a little to take a drink of my bland, cold, and overpriced cappuccino. But we will get there. So as I am walking towards the register, I noticed a fourth young lady come out of the back to refill the drink fountain. As I watched her, I realized she was using a cup to repeatedly fill and dump liquids into the fountain container both without gloves AND when she went to refill the cup, I saw her grip the cup in a way that forces you to hold the cup on the inside of it using your index and middle finger. I started think about the cross contamination, and made sure I refrained from obtaining a drink from the fountain dispenser. Next, when I went to order, it was apparent that John was inattentive and lacks a heavy amount of work ethic(having to repeat myself MANY MANY TIMES, messing up my order, being unclear when he spoke), it completely messed up mine and my friends order while we were ordering. But we decided to give it a chance and remain respectful, as it has only been about 5 minutes. Although, by this point I had already refrained from tipping as well. Next, me and my friend both ordered a coffee and a sandwich each. The coffee took about 15 minutes (by that time it was very cold and not tasty), and the SANDWICHES TOOK 30 MINUTES EACH!! and I’m not exaggerating, possibly even more. I have a life and responsibilities and I was not expecting to be there for over an hour. By the time we got our food, we had to rush to my car and leave. As I was leaving, I also noticed a few things: John was getting really frustrated and, again, I was maintaining my respect. I had only asked him for an eta on the sandwich they had to remake because my friend is allergic to one of the Ingredients that was not specified when she ordered it. So, overall, the staff-2/10, the drink-3/10, the sandwich was ok, and the experience overall was very poor. Tip for owner/employer: add some gloved to you inventory, and for the love of god, fire John. Thank you.

Love this place for coffee, tea, and sandwiches! My go-to is a Lavender Pistachio Mylk Latte, and it's delicious! Highly recommend if you're in the Towne Center area of Virginia Beach ?.

When I first moved here cold pressed was awesome but every time I’ve gone lately it’s been really bad. I’ve been putting off writing a review and giving it another chance but I’m writing this review in hopes of a change. The first time I was let down was about two months ago when I walked in and nothing seemed to be working with the equipment and they were out of everything. The staff also used to be so kind but now they aren’t really that pleasant to order from. The last few times I’ve been let down by the taste of my order and the very last time I went I ordered an iced tea that tasted like it had gone bad(also didn’t do what I asked with not putting in a lot of ice) and the price I paid was 7.25. I feel like it needs new management and better organization. I know there are more locations but I hope they focus to get this location back on track before opening anymore.

I live across the street and have been here three to four times. Each time it has taken them 20-30 minutes to make one latte drink. My fourth and final visit to this store was when they haphazardly gave my drink to the wrong person and failed to follow up after I waited 30 minutes. Eventually I left with no drink and no refund as I had somewhere to be.As for the drinks themselves, if you can actually get one, they are sub-par. I recommend going literally anywhere else in town center.
