I just got here with my mom and while waiting for our room to be ready we went to the bar at the pool. Our server was absolutely amazing!! I heard people called out because of sickness and Sydney was all by herself, had all these tables and BUSTED ASS. She was amazing and never missed a step. Not just us but ALL her tables. You could literally see her hustling to make sure everyone was taken care of with a smile on her face. She was fun and so on top of it! Amazing hospitality! The supervisor also stopped by and was helpful and so kind. Amazing service 100% recommend! We didn’t wait long for anything. Food and drinks were great too! So was music!

service a disaster. We were waiting more than 50 minutes for what we had ordered. At 9:40 pm the manager comes and tells us that we will not be able to eat the food in the place because they were closing. He offered us to take the food to eat elsewhere. They would have warned in advance that they were going to close and that the cook is too slow to prepare three dishes based on grilled chicken.

Tortugas is the best cafe and bar on the beach. The bartenders are awesome and always ready with a smile, even when the place is packed. The best mixologists in town. The food menu has lots of variety that should satisfy any craving. Tacos are great with many proteins to choose from. I love the Rockfish tacos. But the barbecue sandwich with Old Bay chips is still my favorite. If you are one or in a group of many, this is the place!
Great atmosphere. Sydney was our waitress and the service was excellent even though it was a crowded weekend. Fun with friends, family, good food, and drinks. Sydney has the perfect personality to handle any crowd and we had 12 in our party! Super good time.
Whomever, whatever, whoever was working as a server between 3p to 4p today you are T R A S H. My bf didn't get a menu or anything while I was in the restroom when I came out you saw us waiting for you and still didn't serve us... until I went to bar and got a menu. Now at first me and my bf was the only people there of color at first and didn't try to look at it like that. After we was leaving and noticed you didn't serve the other people of color at all... that's a sign. Your attitude stinks and you drove is into your competitions hands across the walk way. Their food and customer service was better. IF you don't like your job LEAVE!!
Finally got a sunny day to go enjoy some refreshments at the outdoor bar connected to the hotel and mmm got two of the strawberry drinks and they were a hit!
Emily S was my server and she did a fantastic job, super friendly and knows her drinks! The atmosphere was really chill and is the perfect fit next to the ocean.
Our server, Anthony, was awesome! Delicious food, friendly service and reasonably priced. See ya again soon ???
