I was really excited to give this place a try because the ice cream and shakes look so amazing. It is pretty expensive for what it actually is though. They have a great assortment of store nought Hershey ice cream flavors, but there is lots of high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors and bad preservatives included in them. They advertise whip cream on top, but it is actually cool whip which is artificially flavored and has the same high fructose corn syrup. I would have loved this place had it been homemade ice cream and real whip cream. Mason jars are a really cool idea but that should not be the reason for a $20 price tag. Also it would have made more sense to share one because all the extravagant toppings, but the serving of actual ice cream shake is really small. Think 8 ozs small. Most real ice cream shakes are 3x that with what's left in the metal shake tin. The atmosphere is good, bad location though. The staff on during our visit was super friendly, which is a plus. All in all I probably won't return because it just wasn't that great for the cost. I forgot to add that I took home some edible cookie dough, smores, and that was delicious. If I come back it will be for that!
They have gluten free and dairy free options!!It was delicious!All four kids enjoyed their little ice cream cups.... And the adults enjoyed their big milkshakes.The cereal killer is very good and gluten free
The milkshakes look amazing but the taste wasn't anything special. They were way overpriced and they expected you to wash your own glass. It took a long time to get them once we ordered. That could be avoided with more staff. It was our first time so I asked a few questions. The girl at the register seemed annoyed. The menu screens changed quickly and didn't have descriptions. One star because it made my young nieces happy. We won't be back.
It never fails. Always amazing. Leaving full. Better not plan to do much after because you will be full ? Service is quick. They stay busy, after dinner is usually the best time to go. Can't wait to go back!
If you want a good picture for Instagram, this is the place for you; Otherwise there are some problems. It took a full hour to get our 2 “milkshakes”. The prices are high and it was very crowded. The “milkshakes” were good, but not worth the price, the wait, or the crowd.
I had the Melting Snowman Hot Chocolate & it was very rich. Good but strong. My daughter had The Mermaid Milkshake & she enjoyed it. I would recommend trying this place.
Was super excited when this chain opened in my local area. We have been a total of four times since it has opened. Every time it’s the same experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, upbeat, and kind. The milkshakes are a little gimmicky and super sweet. There is a huge range of choices for everyone even our four legged family member. One of the few places my friend who it vegan can go for dessert! Would recommend.
It was not bad. A tad pricey. Milkshakes were good! It's nice because you get to keep the Jars. My only gripe is the table wasn't cleaned of properly. Otherwise I will definitely be back
Good to visit as a novelty but it doesn't taste as good as it looks. A fun experience but also a one and done for me. Not worth the wait or cost.
Great place to take the kids.
