The ice cream treats were wonderful. The igloo was fun but not worth the money. The games were all dumped out in a box and not useable. The air conditioner did not blow cool air. The Alexa device didn’t work, was changed out, and still did not work. One ice cream was made wrong, acknowledged, and they forgot to remake it. All in all the customer service was poor
Absolutely amazing!! I heard about this place from a friend and was thoroughly impressed from the pictures that I was shown. From that moment, I told myself that I had to go. I was not disappointed. They had so many different styles of milkshakes, cones and even crepes to choose from and all the ingredients were amazing! Highly recommend anyone to visit this place. No matter what time of the day and your feeling like an amazing sweet treat, take a trip here to hit that spot. Absolutely loved it!
The inside was clean and the service was fast.I ordered the dough-nott extreme milkshake which was $17. The extreme milkshake was ok, but it was nothing spectacular. Personally, the ice cream on top and milkshake itself was average at best. It seems you are paying more for the theatrical look than the taste.Everything looked great, but the taste was lacking.
Very good treats. We all shared and tried the funnel cake (which is pink and delicious!), Dairy free vanilla and cold brew ice cream (very creamy and smooth, hard to find for dairy free), and the churros (good, but a little greasy) For normal ice cream in a bowl it's like $5.99 for 2 scoops and $6.99 for three scoops and they add whip cream and a crunchy triangle that was similar in flavor to a waffle cone. The other stuff can get a little pricey. But it is the pinkest place I have ever seen. They have several places for selfies for those that like that. The flowers everywhere were beautiful.Parking is very awkward and limited, especially if you drive a bigger vehicle. So park behind the building in the shopping center parking lot and follow the fence.Also, if you get a milkshake explosion, you can return the jar for a $2 credit/refund. They charge you for them. ?
My family and I had an amazing experience here. The shakes and funnel cakes are really good. When we went for Valentine’s Day, I ordered the bubble waffle cone. It was delicious. Also, they have vegan options. Just be mindful of the times that you go. Parking is limited.
We took our son on Valentine’s Day and had an amazing time. It’s beautifully decorated inside and there are lots of great spots to take pictures. I’m obsessed with all the flowers and pink decor. They also had so many balloons for Valentine’s Day, which my son loved. We had a milkshake and ice cream from their Valentine’s Day Menu, and they were delicious. They were almost too pretty to eat! Their staff is so warm and friendly. My son wanted a balloon and my husband asked if they were selling any of their balloons. Unfortunately they weren’t selling them, but the woman working was so sweet and kind to give my son a heart balloon. I didn’t grab her name, but thank you for making his day. He was so excited!
The aesthetics are awesome. If you are looking to get some pictures for your Instagram, this is the place to go ???? One of my favorite places to get a delicious dessert! Definitely stop by and check it out for yourself!
