This place is worth going to if you like snow cones take your family the kids will love it. You may have to wait a few minutes, it's Summertime.
Best shaved ice in Virginia. But if there's 10 people in line expect a 30-40 minute wait. They're slow as snowballs.
GOOD, BUT LONG WAIT TIME!!!! They had a lot of favors (over 100) and different combinations and add-ins! The guys running it were very nice. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors even with the wait time!?We went back today 6/26/22 and it was much better! They have 2 girls running it and they have a better system: 1 takes your cup size to get the ice shaved while the other one takes the flavors and the money, so everything is moving steady along and the line was kept moving.. I definitely will be coming back!
Hands down best sno cone we have ever had! Friendly service and overall great atmosphere. Not too sweet, some places are so sweet it makes you thirsty. Relate? This place had the perfect mix, very refreshing. We will definitely be back.
Flavors are vastly inferior to Rita's Ice. And it's unreal how overpriced this place is. $5 for an 8oz styrofoam cup filled with shaved ice and a drizzle of icky tasting syrup?No thanks. And never again.
Perfect treat for a hot day. My taste buds did a little dance and it cooled me off. Definitely the best snow cone in the 757.

I've been coming here since they opened under a different name and have met one of the owners, who is awesome. I've been happily ruined, as have my family and everyone else I've introduced to the place, on sno-cones for the rest of my life... nobody else even comes close to the frozen confection perfection (feel free to use that, Snoball Shop) which is served up by these folks every summer. This is proper shaved ice, piled high over the top of your cup and covered by flavors of your choice from an enormous list that takes up an entire window of the shop, and they are inexpensive. An 8 ounce cup with probably another four or five ounces loaded over the rim (and flavored separately from the bottom half so that you never get just a spoonful of ice in the middle) is just $3 even, tax included, and that's their kiddie size. They've also got a rewards program, so you can earn free snoballs just for buying they snoballs you would have bought anyway. There is sometimes a line and you should be prepared for that, but it's worth it and just increases the gratification when they hand us our treats at the window. Despite the occasional wait, I've never once seen anyone looking angry or impatient in line and I get it. It's hard to catch a negative vibe when you're feeling like a kid with a handful of quarters who's waiting for the ice cream man to turn onto his street. My son was four years old when they opened for business, he's nine now, and this has become something of a tradition for us. I hope you enjoy this place as much as much as we all have.
I love snoballs! The ice is soooo soft. Only down side, the service can be slow. Outside of that, it's my favorite place for a cool, refreshing and delicious treat!!! The staff are always very friendly and professional.
This place is great with a lot of good flavors.
