Went this evening and disappointed doesn’t quite sum up the experience. First, we were the only people there yet every table was dirty. Floor, tables, and counters were all dirty. The yogurt flavors were eh and the first two that we tried came out almost like liquid, not frozen at all. The toppings were stale, and the cheesecake bites tasted sour and I threw mine away. The two employees were friendly, however with us being the only patrons in the building, could have used their time more wisely and cleaned and wiped down the tables and swept the floor so it looked more inviting to people coming in. Won’t choose this location again, Hanbury is always clean and the flavors are much better and are always frozen!
We went for dessert around 6:15. The store was empty, there were 2 young female employees behind the counter with not a care in the world. One had the top to a to-go container on her head & said it was her "I'm tired" hat, and earlier she had a bag on her head & was telling people to ask her how tired she was. She also had a plastic spoon on her nose. The floors were disgusting, trash can was very full, the fronts of the machines looked like they were wiped down with a dirty rag, the booths were dirty & the front door was covered in finger prints. 2 flavors were out & when I asked about them, she said, "Yeah I guess they're out", and I heard her comment to the other employee that she didn't know how to make that one & she was just gonna wing it. We will not be back as there are so many other places to go for a sweet treat.
Customers don't return when half the machines and therefore half the flavors are available. Paid way too much to get yogurt flavors that I didn't particularly want. With new competition for dessert across the street, lack of available options is a problem. I won't return, nor recommend.
I used to love this place, but after visiting yesterday I have learned that it has gone downhill to say the least. I'm not kidding when I say that Every . Single . Table . was Dirty. It looked like a complete dump. There was one worker who was in the back the entire time other than when we paid. You would think she would see the tables and floors needed some work and jump on that. I even made a comment and.. nothing. The candy and animal cookies were stale that we had. All around just not a good look and just not a great experience. Doubt we will come back.

one of your employees is absolutely amazing. we were in there tonight and at some point my husband lost his wallet. this employee drove to our house to give the wallet back when his shift was over. he was a young white man with loose curls wearing anime merch. thank you so much.

Skinny dip was one of my favorite places to go. Not sure I'll ever go back after today. My daughter and I both got the vanilla/chocolate mix and it tasted funky. I told the attendant. She checked it and told me that the chocolate was bad and changed it out. She told us to get a new cup and get something different. My daughter was turned off and didn't want anything else. I put strawberry in my cup and it looked like ice milk. I showed the attendant and she said that it was "soft serve". I'm isn't it all soft serve. Strawberry tasted weird too. I didn't get another cup. The attendant did not offer us a refund even though she saw us throw the cups away. Also, there was only 1 person working and it took her forever to come from the back so I could talk to her.Highly disappointed in our first ice cream outing of the year.
