Highly disappointed! I ordered three meals and an extra sandwich. The classic combo that I ordered as a double came as a single that was rare very very rare! Also, there was absolutely no sauce on it so it was completely rare and disgustingly dry. The fries were undercooked and doused with so much salt they were inedible! And to top it off the Coca-Cola tasted like carbonated water because obviously it was out of syrup. I've worked in restaurants my whole life all the way from being a hostess to a GM and there's just no excuse for such laziness. Absolutly zero quality control or care was put into this order!!!

I paid $50 for two burnt burgers and they forgot the bacon super disappointed

The worst burger ever. I ordered 6 and they well all cooked so hard you could barely chew them. Had to give to my dog. How does all 6 burgers get burned and dried out if cook knows anything. Bad experience.

Ordered Door dash at 1050pm. Got my food hot by 1120pm. Order was correct and even had napkins and ketchup and to go silverware. First time trying them too

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered Mayo mustard and ketchup on my burger didn’t get anything not even on the side. The burger and fries were also cold, never again.

Ordered the Cheeseburger with their sauce! I ordered late last night and it was here super quick! Sweet tea was also good!

My wife doesn't normally like BBQ, but we were hunting for something different. Quick delivery and VERY tasty food!

Went on a Monday with some friends & had the absolute best smoked wings in the area. The mustard bbq was the way to go. Idk these guys don’t win best wings every year. On a higher note, EVERY manager at every restaurant in the area should take notes from the guy running this place. Jeff is the absolute coolest guy out there All while running a tight ship and putting out a great product and experience. You have to go try at least the smoked wings, smoked chicken & the ribs! 5 stars all day!

Food was dry, overcooked, and disappointing. Gave it a second chance. Never again! Ordered brunt ends and fries, other time ordered bbq ribs.

I stopped by for a lunch with a friend. I ate at this restaurant many years ago. I was not impressed with the barbecue and never gone back since. I received a gift card for Smokey Bones at Christmas. A friend wanted me to attend lunch with them and I volunteered to use the gift card. I had the burnt ends and my friend had a Caesar salad with chicken. For lunch time I thought both were overpriced at $12.99. The burnt ends were leftovers from previous days and even though I do put a little bit of sauce on my BBQ I had to put quite a bit to get some moisture into the burnt ends. In addition, there were only four pieces for my order. The $12.99 for a caesar salad was overpriced. I had to ask the sever twice to refill my glass of water. For desert we decided on the cheesecake. I consider myself a cheesecake aficionado. It was clear the cheesecake was many days in the cooler. The graham cracker crust was very hard. The worst part about it was that my friend's cheesecake had a hair in it. Okay I know restaurants aren't perfect, but I do not expect hair in my food. Since it was at the end of the meal, we just paid the bill and left. At least the restroom was clean but then again it was only 11:30 in the morning. They had just opened. I would not go there again and if I was to get another gift card for Smokey Bones I would gladly give it to someone else you someone else but someone else with whom I don't want to stay friends. So to answer my own question? I choose not to hair.
