Just ordered curbside & the order is not correct again. I order Caesar salad, I get a house salad and the baked potato isn't cooked all the way through. Not worth driving back 10-15 minutes each way. It's pretty messed up this isn't the first time our order is not correct. Looks like we will have to check every freaking time. Such a hassle and too many other places to order from.

Lately every time we eat here there’s always disappointment. One time they tried to seat my son who’s in a wheelchair in a high booth and take his wheelchair across the restaurant with the strollers for safe keeping. When we said we needed to keep him in his chair we were treated like it was an issue. Since then we have decided to only do take out. Tonight we got our food home, the sides were all missing and so was the butter and other condiments. With the cost of eating out someone should at least make sure they’re bagging food correctly.
GREAT service, great food, great time! Prices are not very high, very affordable. Steaks were AWESOME and made to perfection. We sat at the bar and the bartender was awesome. Dinner rolls were amazingly good, hot and fresh. The cuts of meat were so tender and so good. If you go there, make sure to bring your appetite. The portions are NOT small. We loved it. GREAT place to eat.
We did walk in and they took our number and texted our party of 8 when the table was ready. Staff were friendly and we had to wait for the waitress to bring us butter so the bread was cold. However, all bread refills came out hot. Our waitress was good. But, It took a long time for food to come out. One order was brought out and then about 10 minutes later the other 7 orders came out and unfortunately, the food had gotten cold. They were really busy and I guess they didn’t have anyone to bring it out and it sat in the window for a while. I ordered the Road Kill to go and the menu says it’s smothered in gravy and onions. They sent out a dry patty and asked did I want the toppings. The menu actual says it comes with toppings so Im not sure how that was messed up. Though we were a little disappointed with the food, we had a great time as a family.
The atmosphere was fun and the margaritas were excellent!
Beyond appalled how we were treated today. Was sat a a booth(4 of us) and we sat for over 30 minutes before I had to go back to the hostess booth to find out if we were gonna get waited on. Multiple employees walked passed us and didn’t even ask if we wanted drinks or anything, laughing and all. Then 10 minutes go by and we finally get a waiter. This has never happened before as we come here often.
I love Texas Roadhouse in general, but this one is a pretty great one to eat at. They're fast, and friendly, and the food is always delicious. I have a severe seafood allergy, and they always cook my meal separate from everything else, and on a clean grill, which is very reassuring. It's nice that they go the extra mile to ensure my health and safety. I will continue to go back to this location. Excellent excellent excellent!!
Disappointed. I tried calling to be put on the waitlist. First try I was asked to hold and hung up on. 2nd try it rang and then hung up. 3rd try I got someone and they transferred me to the hostess station where I waited on hold for over 15 minutes before hanging up. Sent my daughter up there to get us on the list and she was told 25-35 min wait. Well, we waited almost an hour and a half. My husband went inside at an hour and 15 and was told they were cleaning the table, but after 15-20 more minutes we had to cancel the reservation. We have people in our party who had to eat for medical reasons and we just couldn’t wait. I understand places get busy, but communication is key.
Well I had a horrible experience today 2/23/22 it took almost 30mins for us to get seated even after we received our text message.The food was cold it took 30 minutes for us to get the food. No one ate the food in our table it was cold! The waiter disappeared for a half hour and then came back smelling like smoke. The drinks took longer to get to our table then it should have. We will not be going back.
Worst service and food I have received from Texas Roadhouse. A take out order, that took three phone calls to place, and upon arrival home, it was thrown into the trash. And then after two phone calls to complain about the quality, no one cared. Left on hold forever with the first call, second call was answered by someone who couldn’t have cared less….so here I am. Maybe if it were their time and money that was wasted, it would of had a different outcome.
