I used the Taco Bell mobile app to place my order and as soon as I submitted it on my phone, I went to straight to the drive-thru and they already were working on my order. It was pretty late, almost midnight, so it was decently busy (everyone loves late night TB....?), but still they were prompt and I didn't wait very long at all. I made several customizations to my order and they got everything right! The staff was friendly, service was quick, and my food was delish. Solid taco bell experience. Yo Quiero Taco Bell ?
Make sure to check if you received a receipt in the Drive Thru- after receiving our order I realized the cashier didn't give me a receipt and it wasn't in the bag.It's a good thing I had my hubby go back inside to get the receipt because we ended up missing nacho chips (but had the cheese).My son and his godsister enjoyed their meals so no issues with food quality
Taco Bell is definitely my go to! I do really miss their Mexican pizza and hope they consider bringing it back!!

I don't know if it is just a bunch of new people, but this location has gone downhill. Lately what I pay does not equal what I get. This is supposed to be a beef chalupa supreme. I got 4 of them and they all look like this I go out of my way to go to this location because it used to be the better one in the area. Now they don't have any kind of quality control. Last 3 times they messed up, sadly this will be the last time for me.

This place is top notch. I recently got an order in which I did not find out until I got home that they had given me the wrong order. I called and the manager told me to come back in and they would make it right. I went in some days later and immediately was given the correct order, no questions asked. Superb customer service.
I walked in this morning to pick up a order I placed and no one said anything..The black girl with the pony tail that was working at 1030am walked passed me several times and didn't say anything. Didn't ask me have I been helped did I need help nothing. Employees in the back would peep there head out then continuing what they was doing. I will never return to this location again. Everyone working the morning of January 8th was rude!!!!!!
Why bother opening the inside if you remain short staffed? 44 minutes just ridiculous. Just keep the lobby closed and manage the drive thru instead of getting backlogged. Smdh. and nobody even acknowledged everyone waiting in the lobby. Pathetic
