Location is under new management as of May 2022. We first tried Sushi King on Monticello Street in Norfolk and loved it so decided to give this location a try. Food was excellent, many options for entrees were available, staff was attentive, service was good, and the serving robot was very cute. 100% would recommend this restaurant to others
We've enjoy Sushi King before: diverse and tasty menu, very kind and helpful staff, good atmosphere. They have banners announcing new management and we noticed some additions to the menu, new beverages (Japanese Ramune soda), and a sushi service robot - Neat! It's even better some how, and it's still a great place for our hungry teen who loves sushi. Definitely give it a shot!
0 stars! Terrible! The food tastes as bad as it looks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My fiancée and I literally had 2 bites of our hibachi. The food tastes like it’s been through the dishwasher. My stomach is turning reading about how others have experienced roaches because I can definitely see how. Had to pay $50. Rather pay the money than eat another bite to get my “moneys worth” .. If your reading this and wondering “dang all you can eat” … rethink sushi king.. or at least this location.Next day update: I have food poisoning.
I love the octopus sushi roll and the Hawái roll.
Somewhat pricey, I guess due to current inflation, but the food was plenty and delicious.
This place is an absolute 10/10! The service was great, the food was outstanding and let me tell you my husband and I are OBSESSED with the adorable robot cat that brings your food out. They definitely earned two returning customers tonight. We can't wait to go back!
Love this spot for all you can eat lunch. Staff is quick and professional and friendly. Food is amazing.
Highly disappointed! First time came with a friend we ordered are good that didn’t even look appealing got our food but it came with a baby roach! Never again then the audacity to want to charge us! No sir never again!
1st time here for my son's 18th. He lived it as did I..lunch prices were great as we ate all you can eat sushi for 2 for less then 40 bucks.
Great food and wonderful people who are overworked especially around the buffet
