This place was not alright…first of all they charged WAYYY too much for the mediocre food we received. They charge a 18% gratuity for parties of FIVE or more which is ridiculous, my party and I were all paying separately. We were basically robbed of our money and no i will never be going there again. The food wasn’t even that good at all!
Great place to grab some good sushi and side fixins. They raised the price almost @10 for dinner AYCE sushi. I guess you can blame that on Covid-19 like everything else in our world. Still good deal considering quality of food and what it would cost you at a regular venue. They added some items but took away some classics. Not happy with that.
This place is horrible! I couldn’t even eat the food it’s that bad! The service sucks and the staff is rude!This is the worst sushi I have ever had. The deep fryed rolls are not cooked and it’s soggy and gross!If you want edible food do NOT go there!I wouldn’t feed this to inmates!

Yes, it was noisy, but that was a small problem. I’d rather go to other local hibachi spots that have smaller rooms instead of one big room with everyone shoved in. My biggest problem was the food. I ordered salmon tataki appetizer (basically raw chunks of salmon) and about 5 pieces still had silver skin on one side. Yuck! I’ve been eating sushi for 25 years and gone to some less than desirable sushi spots in those years, but this I just couldn’t eat. Ordered the filet hibachi and I couldn’t even eat my steak. It was definitely not filet. It was cooked correctly for me (medium) but not tender and a lot of fat and gristle. My sons kids steak was better than my “filet.” The sauces that come with it weren’t good either, but I’m sure that’s just personal preference. Our cook didn’t do much entertaining. Just cooked our meal and not much interaction. He did do the onion volcano, but that was it. I asked if he could squirt sake in our mouths (like I just saw friends do at this restaurant a week prior) and he said they don’t do that. I just wouldn’t ever go back here. My least favorite hibachi place I’ve ever been to.
tiny slivers of meat on the sushi so thin, its comically ridiculous. if you were trying to prank someone by putting tiny amounts of meat, you would still put more.not great as a sushi joint, but a better laugh for less money than going to a comedy club.
We were told 30-40 minutes wait. After an hour and 1/2 we finally got a table. Everyone at the table was freezing. It was colder inside than it was outside. An hour after seating we still had not had our dinner. We were cold and hungry at 9 pm. We walked out. Never again.
Food was hot and freshly prepared! We really enjoyed our drinks and the pleasant customer service! I normally don't order General Tso chicken but I'm glad that I did. It was delicious!!!

The place is very welcoming. The staff are amazing!!!! The only issue is that the soup they give as an appetizer in the hibachi taste like mop water buttt everything else taste amazing. The show they give in hibachi is very entertaining! Best hibachi place in the Virginia Beach
