My drink was gross so I asked them to replace it and the drive through woman said "We'll do it this time but next time, we won't be able to" I've never even returned a drink to Starbucks so I thought it was an off putting thing to say to me. If the drink wasn't gross, I'd never have returned it. Definitely will not return. There are plenty of other Starbucks
Definitely hit or miss at this location. I’ve had a few friendly encounters, but the worker in drive thru this time was extremely rude when I politely corrected him after he mispronounced my name. When I arrived at the pick up window, he still pronounced my name incorrectly and had an attitude as if I was the one who made the mistake. Not only that, but he proceeded to talk about it with his co-worker. This location needs better customer service. At least the other guy seemed to have some manners.
Went through the drive thru. Excellent service. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Order was processed promptly and correctly.
Clean and opened spacious Starbucks.Needs more training on coffee brewing/making and customer service.
Never once gotten the order wrong. I highly recommend ordering ahead and running in. The drive thru is always very busy.
Love the oatmilk, green tea and London fog. ?
It’s a hot drink. Can we just put a stopper on the drink? It costs maybe $.50 to make. Spilled over me and the food on order as I got out my car. Starbucks, you have to be better than this. Not only does my wife not have her coffee but the food items are affected and this is $25 down the drain
It's Starbucks. The drinks are the same. The sports centers are nearby, so the drive-thru gets hammered before and after events on weekends. The indoor area is really nice; large, lots of seating options, and clean. The staff is friendly. My chief complaint is that if you're a walk-in, you're basically going to wait 15-20 mins for a specialty drink even if you're the only person there. The web orders and drive-thru orders seem to get priority. I like to waste 30-45 mins while drinking a coffee, but when the first 20 mins is spent waiting for it... I just don't want to hang around that long. I try to only go here when it's slow.
Service was good staff was friendly. Only issue I had was they couldn't scan a square QR code in order for my order to count towards my points. Other than that it was fine.
I order ahead on the app in the morning sometimes before work and this particular guy there purposely says my name wrong even after I politely correct him. I pull up to the window and he has this attitude look on his face when I pull up. He still mispronounces my name (it’s not even something hard joan but pronounced Joann) as if he’s challenging me on how I should say my name. It’s very inappropriate that Starbucks would want their employees to treat someone this way. It has happened 3 times within the last two months.
