They didn't offer or give me a receiptThey gave me the wrong change(luckily it was only 3 dollars)They took a while to just get me a water.There was something in the brownie they gave me that I could not identify ( was not edible, looked questionable, and was not hair)In the end I was in a rush so I should have been more careful so it was my fault but this has never happened to me at any other Starbucks.
Similar to other Starbucks. Same good coffee. Baristas are well trained in making the coffee. Same big smiles and friendly welcomes from the staff. It makes a nice experience for us when the employees are treated well, because they treat us well.
This one lady always has an attitude when I tell her my drink wasn’t made right and she acts like she’s not listening to me. Idk what she’s so unhappy about but she shouldn’t be working. I don’t know her name but she always wears a black beanie
Awesome, the young lady in there named Nikki was so sweet & so helpful with our order. I will definitely go back to that Starbucks.
The parking lot is the absolute worst on Virginia beach blvd. Honestly, if you want to avoid the long car lines, order ahead and just go inside to pick up. It has saved me 20 to 45 minutes waiting in a drive-thru. A coffee is not worth the long drive-thru lines especially when people are inconsiderate and will wait in line on the main highway causing traffic or creating a potential risk to causing an accident. Order ahead, and if you can't, just go inside because they will make your drinks faster when you're standing in front of them vs. sitting in your car.

Upbeat and hardworking staff make this location my go to. The line for the drive thru can be long but I believe that is caused by location, and customers making large orders, otherwise it moves pretty quickly.
That was it, it was okay. I had to tell the young that my coffee was warm, not even hot she offered to replace and brew another cup. I truly appreciated her willingness to make me feel better.
VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS MORNING STOPPED TO GET A BLENDED STRAWBERRY LEMONADE & BACON GOUDA SANDWICH, I KNEW FROM ORDERING IT WAS GOING TO BE WRONG AND IT WAS IT WASNT BLENDED SO I KINDLY SAY EXCUSE ME THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE BLENDED SHE TAKES IT THROWS IT IN BLENDER AND THAT IS IT NO PUREE NO SUGAR NOTHING HANDS IT TO ME AS IF ITS RIGHT I JUST TOOK IT CAUSE I WAS NOT GONNA MESS MY MORNING UP BY ARGUING CAUSE OBVIOUSLY SHE WAS HAVE A BAD MORNING ALREADY. SO JUST A LESSON LEARNED TO GO TO YOUR NORMAL STORE. TO THE WOMAN FROM THIS MORNING I HOPE IT GETS BETTER FOR U. ?
The line was long but the baristas were very nice . Cant blame them for working their butts off because no one wants a job these days. Sitting at home collecting pay from Biden to do nothing.I congratulate and commend all the food service workers out there. Thank you for working!!!
