I want to take a moment to give a shout out to Josh. What a great attitude first thing in the morning. He had a big smile on his face and was very personable. He is exactly the type of person you want greeting people at the window!

This was… this was bad. It took us twenty minutes to get through the drive thru with only three cars in front of us to only get the wrong order once we got to the front to pay. I think the girl might have been new because she didn’t confirm how much I was paying before taking my card (honestly thought it might have been offered free at that point for waiting). We went back in for them to make the drink wrong again and having to wait another twenty minutes. Please do better
Order from this location all the time, got the same drink mostly time, got my order normally before. I just repeat the order on the apps today, I was laughing when I pick up, 1/4 cup of drink for 6 bucks coffee, the barista said it will be 0.78 for 4OZ oat milk, which is fine, pay with apps, and finally get 3/4 cup of coffee.
The mannerism of the employees and boss starr Williamson such a lovely lady she's always smiling that's what makes people want to come back from mannerism

I ordered a grande green tea matcha, and when I picked it up felt very light. When I took off the lid saw there were about two inches of foam. When I asked the employee who had rung my order up about it, she told me that drink has a lot of foam, but I have gotten that particular drink at least a dozen times and not experienced this. The frustration is paying for a grande and receiving what amounts to a small ~ this stuff isn’t cheap ~ and also the lack of empathy from the employee. I suppose I’ve gotten used to a certain standard at Starbucks, and today fell short. It happens.
