My girlfriend has a complicated way of placing a complicated order and these guys barely cringe as she does it. I hate watching and feel horrible so I never add to the order myself because thats enough work already. Seriously, customer service on Chick-fil-A! I wonder if anyone ever actually goes inside because this drive thru is too efficient...

Some of the service people behind the counter are confused as to why they are there working. Nor do they know their coffee bean inventory? How can that be? It's the only thing that is the main feature at Starbucks. Coffee. Oh and wishful thinking, decent service.

The staff is nice and the building is very clean but there is no consistency with the drinks. One day the drink will be perfect the next time it’ll be bitter, no flavor at all, completely wrong, missing ingredients and everything else you can think of. It’s unfortunate but it seems that the tiny location inside of target can perform 10x better.
Store has been closed for a week. I see workers inside at 7am every morning (I work next door)The front door stays locked and they don’t take orders
