This is a nice big Starbucks with plenty of seating. Employees are pleasant and we were greeted as we came through the door. Baristas are fast and the bathrooms are clean. Our order was correct and tasty as always. This Starbucks also has a drive through window. Overall a good option if you need a quick caffeine fix.
Great service, every time I come in the baristas are talking to everyone in the line and making them feel welcome. Very comfortable atmosphere! I like to get chasers for drinks at home after a long day and ask for recommendations, they give me great ideas and I love stopping here after work!

I did Uber Eats at the Starbucks at First Colonial Road and always at this one on First Colonial Road is always have the items or the package or the food ready when I get there. Out to you guys thank you
Went to Laskin Rd Virginia Beach location today at 11:45am, ordered a $4 hot latte coffee, no sugar to add, so asked for 1 sugar at counter, told no sugars left in the store, completely out. Strange for a coffee shop to sell coffee without being able to offer sugar. Would be nice to inform customers prior to ordering or if they had put up a sign. Won’t go back to that one.
I’m sure this is a great place but I felt attacked, as soon as I walked in the cashier/barista that ended up helping me made eye contact with me and whispered in the other cashiers ear. This isn’t middle school it’s a professional establishment. When they thought I walked away they mention how I “had to be special” when in all honestly I just didn’t know what I wanted because they didn’t have what I intended to get. I can’t help but to think it’s because I’m colored.
This is THE BEST Starbucks location in Hampton roads. They always nail my drink and they greet me by name when I arrive. Love this crew!

This is a nice Starbucks with small, convenient sitting area outside. Service was fast, but could have been a bit more friendly. The guy working behind the counter seemed a little bit aggravated to be at work today. I left satisfied with my coffee and pumpkin loaf.Everyone was observing the covid-19 safety standards, but their hand sanitizer container was empty.
