Crazy busy location but the baristas keep it moving! My latte was GOOD!!
Awesome staff!!!! Even training employees were great and friendly. They brought the food to you. Definitely great place to come and chill out
They must have had trainees during the time we bought our drinks-no excuse. I asked for an additional shot of expresso for my caramel macchiato, and my drink tasted like water-down coffee. Paid over $20 for 3 drinks, I was extremely disappointed. I purchase Starbucks drinks at many locations in Virginia Beach, by far, this is the worst.

I have never felt more unwelcome at a Starbucks. Usually everyone is friendly. Yesterday evening I walk in say hello, one of the baristas walked away and the other just walked to the register to take my order. I get my drink say thank you and I didn’t get a reply again. Drink wasn’t even good. I really don’t get how people can be so unhappy at work.

Service was fantastic, friendly and quick which is the PERFECT combination. The place is lovely as well, clean as a whistle.
Online says they open at 530am, at 6am the doors were locked with large sign on door also saying they are open Monday thru Sunday 5am-830pm. Although there online ordering had no problem taking several people's money, there was sertainly nobody in the store to serve people with there orders.
Might be the slowest Starbucks I've ever been in. Yes, it's busy. The morning rush is crazy. But waiting nearly 20 minutes when there were only three people in the store . . . the barista was not that interested in getting her the orders out quickly. Plenty of other options.
