Got my free Starbucks drink for my Birthday yesterday and it was just gross. What I wanted was sold out (I do wonder what component seeing as it's 4 ingredients and 1 could be interchanged but I digress) anyway I got the Brown sugar oatmilk espresso or whatever and it definitely wasn't made right at all...it's really a hit or miss when it comes to these drinks and who makes them and if they have a passion and pride for making banging drinks. Had it perfect maybe once, this one was a complete joke, free or not. I know there wasn't heavy cream in the drink but it tasted like just oatmilk and heavy cream. No brown sugar or cinnamon taste. Just my opinion, not hating but if I knew how to make it I could most certainly do it better at home. Already mastered the Caramel Macchiato!
Aweful customer service. Staff talked to some other customer as I waited to be served and even during my order, as if I was t even there.
Man...pfft. I made pitstop...my ladiy friends wrote ehat they want on a sticky note...I said to the young cashier, "never been here, I have a note" he glanced at it and said sure thing. Paid and waitedWhen my drinks arrived something wasn't right, my 2nd grade Latin class was kicking it and the venti looked small. It was, the smallest. After more waiting it was fixed...Never doing that again.
I love Starbucks. I normally go to the Starbucks on Holland road because there food and coffee is always fresh and hot. I decided to stop at this location this pass Saturday before I went to my appointment. I get there and I order ham and cheese croissant and a white chocolate mocha. My coffee was fresh but my croissant was cold as ice, and they didn't get my name right. I was so disappointed and didn't have the time to go back. I will never go back to this location again.
Best Starbuck's team around. Love the people who work here. And they also make the best drinks in the area. Really can't say enough about this group.
I only take one star off because I was a bit confused with the layout of the store and the area they have for pickup orders made me confused as is generally in the same place that the end of the line assembly is in this case it is forgivable and I will probably return with a better knowledge of the layout and walk in place my order and walk out like I normally do. Just a bit of awkwardness early in the morning before coffee probably my fault. Actually I just adjusted my rating to five stars
It was about 3p and they were out of appke juice to make the drink I wanted. Also out of long straws for the tall refresher drink. I went to a nearby Starbucks and they had both.
Great service friendly staff.. Always a fun visit..
They treated my daughter and I like 1st class citizens ?. I ordered her the pink drink and unfortunately she didn't like it so they gave her a double chocolate chip Frappuccino for free.
Absolutely love this location!Staff is always friendly and tries their absolute best to learn you and your order. Most of them have my drink halfway done rung in when I get to the register and they take the time to give real conversation.Absolute favorite location to go no doubt ?
