Just went to this location because the store hours posted said they were open and they had staff inside but doors for cafe were closed… perhaps the hours should be updated so customers aren’t wasting their time coming here to be turned away to closed doors.

Watered down (doesn't know how to actually use their espresso machine) & puts whatever ingredients in the drink that is readily available (not the proper ingredients for said drink).Worst Starbucks coffee I have ever had...

This used to be my go to location until just now that I ordered a drink with cold foam on top but received whipped cream instead…and for the price that I paid….fam seriously

NEW PRODUCT IS GREAT!! We tried the new Blond Vanilla Latte and it was great; they didn't have coconut milk, but to have other options is good! The staff is super nice as always!We went back again today and they have coconut milk! It was great!!!?

My daughter wanted Starbucks so we pulled in and when we paid the Lady said someone had ordered and canx so we got it. I get it now! I think I've found a new addiction...

Asked for a small drink in a bigger cup because I needed to add half a cup of almond milk in the middle of ordering someone I wasn’t speaking with interrupts on the driveway speaker, was rude and said they can’t do that (I’ve ordered this drink for my friend quite a few times and never had this issue before) but we kept it moving. I asked for 1/2 a cup of almond milk ( she asked if I meant a pump, I specified a cup) in the grande drink, they only put 3/4 and got the rest of the order wrong (there was even a discrepancy on the online receipt through the app and the little order notes that go on the cup itself). I go to this Starbucks everyday and have never been spoken to/ treated like that. Have also never been told they can’t make the drink to order like that. Anyway, the window attendant was still very sweet as she is every morning and apologized as she is not the one who took the drink order.

Would like to know why management would require coworkers to come into a store when the weather conditions are terrible and risk their safety for coffee

Come here basically every day I work mornings for coffee for the entire crew. Always have a great experience with quick service.

I did mobile order to pick up inside. It didn't tell me dining was closed. I had to get mile long drive thru by the time i got my coffee the ice had melted it took 30min but Starbucks the company made it right. If dining not working they should being out the drinks for people who jave already ordered. I will always go to Starbucks but probably not this location. The lady at the window was nice.

DO NOT ORDER AHEAD AT THIS LOCATION starting on 1/2. Their Cafe is closed, which I completely understand due to the surge in COVID cases. However, they have failed to disable their order ahead services. Me and a few other patrons were attempting to walk in to pick up our orders that had already been prepared and were sitting on the counter. The doors were locked, none of the baristas would acknowledge us. I called and the woman over the phone informed me that I would need to wait in the massive drive-thru line, defeating the entire purpose of me ordering ahead through the app. This location needs to be more transparent or find a way to disable this in the app.
