I have been coming to this location daily for years, and it has been a pleasurable experience. However the past few weeks the staff is unrecognizable and the drink quality and service has gone down. I’ve had to get remakes several times (which they are not kind about, attitude is all over their facial expressions), and they are just not the same happily greeting employees that I’m used to.
They’re okay, but really bad and disorganized when it comes to rush hours. They kept getting my order wrong, and when I calmly told them, they just dumped my drink into another cup and handed it to me. I was in a hurry to go to work, so I didn’t say anything.
Sean, you have my heart. They were so amazing in every way. We had a really great convo while waiting for the drinks to finish and they were just the sweetest, most fun person to talk to. We said we were going on a trip to DC and i don’t know if it was intentional or not, but they gave us soooo many napkins and it was really appreciated ? Also, the drinks were phenomenal
Went and ordered a tea that someone recommended, it was delicious.The barista was so upbeat and enjoying her job and helping customers.
Ordered a grande black ice tea, received a completely watered down ice tea for $3.46 approximately. It had absolutely no taste, it was like drinking water. Will not order this item ever again.
The line at the Starbucks was crazy, but the employees were friendly and the drinks were fabulous. We asked for a special order and they quickly able to accommodate.
Place is super Small! coffee made incorrectly. Espresso tasted weird! Wouldn’t Recommend.
I've been to three different Starbucks in my life. Every time I order a black coffee at Starbucks it's so bitter it's borderline undrinkable. Literally garbage. I got one today I dumped it out went to Hardee's and got a black cup of coffee that was actually pretty good. I don't understand how a store that specializes in coffee can't make a regular cup of coffee? And when I get to the window they have all these fancy words and I said that's not what I ordered I told him I wanted a black cup of coffee and he says that's exactly what I ordered. Can't you just call it a large black cup of coffee? The only reason I gave the store to stars is because the customer service was excellent.
Joshua behind the counter made this Joshua a perfectly balanced latte, and I’m pretty picky with my latte. Definitely need him as a regular.
Great coffees and Lattes. Love the lady who does the drive through. She's got the most peppy and cheerful voice! Makes me smile.
