I never write reviews but this was so unexpected from a Starbucks worker,First of all I work right down the road and I’m always ordering the same order every 2 days, just 3 things on my coffee listI decided to go order my drink in store and the barista which I unfortunately did not get his name was extremely rude!Rolling his eyes and making annoying facial expressions saying I never done this before ect.It’s literally a 3 ingredient drink.On top of that when he gave me the drink he tossed it on the counter with a attitude and the drink almost fell and he just turned around.Get your workers straight. unnecessary attitude and I was 20 minutes late because he couldn’t figure out a 3 ingredient drink .
I ordered a venti iced americano and they gave me a grande then I said my order was venti. They took it back and pour it into the venti cup and put some water and ice. Then they gave it to meWhat a nice venti coffee.
It's a Starbucks so you know what you're getting. The staff on the other hand is exceptional. I had empty time between appointments and spent some time inside. They were friendly and attentive. If I'm in the area, I'd stop in again.
Extremely professional staff, clean establishment and Extremely fast with their services and makes the customer experience well worth it. I come here often and definitely would recommend other people to go there as well.
Favorite starbucks in the area. My drinks are always made correctly and mitchell is the sweetest person! She really made my day.
Just lost $20 because apparently this store doesn’t bother abiding by its posted operating hours. I loaded $20 onto the app so my wife could get us coffees from Starbucks while packing to leave to go out of the country. She came through the drive through at 6:20 & the guy said they were closed (after we’d already lost money loading funds onto the app because it said they were open). Even the SIGN ON THE WINDOW said their New Year’s Eve hours would be until 7PM!!!!!!! It was 6:20!We were there *40 MINUTES* before the posted closing time & thanks to their laziness, we now lost $20 we cannot use because we are getting ready to leave the country ???
Go during the week and they know what they are doing. There is usually a line since this is the best Starbucks between VA Beach and Norfolk. Lots of experienced people work here.
Went inside to pick up coffee, to avoid the drive thru, decided to go inside. Total chaos, ran out of creamer, whip cream and supplies, WAITED 30 minutes
Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to, very slow and unorganized. Waited over 20 minutes for my drink with light traffic. Preordered my drink the second time, waited 10 minutes and had to wait another 15 minutes when I arrived. Been here twice this week and it was the same both times, slow, slow, slow!!! Oh just got my drink and it’s sub par. Smh….
I am a loyal Starbucks customer and it pains me to say that my experience today SUCKED. This is the first time at the location on Northampton Blvd. in Norfolk, VA, and I don't know what happened or if they are trying to cut corners but my Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino tasted like watered down coffee with maybe one pump of Peppermint and one of Mocha. Not the creamy mixture I am use to. I won't return to that location, even if it is convenient to my home.
