I sat in the drive-thru 30 minutes and the line wasn’t as long as usual, I drove off and tasted my Carmel Frappuccino after all that waiting I didn’t get Carmel in my Frappuccino and it tasted awful! I called the store and they said I could come back and they would remake it, I didn’t have another 30 minutes to wait on staff that’s not trained on how to make coffee drinks!! This store has always been slow, I would go to a different Starbucks this one has bad management
This use to be my favorite Starbucks, idk what’s happened the last few months but it’s changed so much & u wait for ur order entirely too long. If ur in a rush I don’t recommend stopping in this one
Positive attitudes, good management, and hard work!I sat here (studying and enjoying my drink) during their late morning rush on a Saturday and it got extremely busy- both the drive thru and in-store lines were long. They worked efficiently and remained outwardly calm, despite fussy customers. When things finally calmed down, a woman who I assume was a manager or shift lead, asked if everyone was OK, said that the rush was rough, but that she was proud of everyone. Moments later the group was laughing and joking with one another, in good spirits.It's so nice to see people who are in a good mood at work. Also, it's great to see a team work well together, especially under difficult circumstances.
This Starbucks is the slowest one I’ve ever been to. I waited for 30 minutes in line for for a green tea and protein box and there were only 4 cars ahead of me. Don’t go through this drive through.
I drove up to Starbucks with friends and not clay to order that I wanted my ice separate and I will pull it in myself because they put in too much ice. When I order a drink that's going to cost me about $4 or $5 I want my money's worth! So when I say put my ice on the side put my eyes on the side when I say light ice you give me light ice!
Horrible service, picking up a postmates order. They do not hand orders for postmates out the window even though there's nothing to swipe inside. Also there's no signs to where you pick up, waiting 15 mins no one spoke or asked if I needed anything.
Worst Starbucks ever. Four out of five times they get my drinks wrong. The line is always So long I'd be waiting another hour just to get the drink I actually ordered. This location has been pushing peppermint even when I don't order peppermint I get peppermint in my drink. I order a mocha cream frappuccino and either I get coffee in my drink that I didn't order or I get the mocha cookie crumble and now Starbucks has made me despise the mocha cookie crumble. Not worth it. I'm never returning to this Starbucks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice location with many seat options. Baristas are friendly and made me a REALLY GOOD Toasted White Chocolate Mocha Latte!
I normally love this Starbucks! They’ve always been quick, friendly and drinks are made great. The drinks are still great. Out of the last 3 visits, twice have been bad! Rude baristas, or seem clueless when I request an item. The wait has also been SO long compared to normal. It took me 20 minutes to get my stuff after ordering the last visit. The time before that was 30 minutes. And this visit I got the wrong item. I was REALLY looking forward to the cranberry bliss bar…I want to love this Starbucks still but something needs to change!
This morning I tried to place an order and they were out of what I wanted. When I got to the window the barista she gave me a full refund and a drink similar for free! Made my entire morning and i wish I could her name so she could get the recognition she deserves!!
