It's a Starbucks, the stars ? are for the product ONLY, staff seemed miserable, no smiles, no conversing with customers, felt like they were all just there feeling entitled to so much more, left a 75% tip because I know we're all struggling financially (Thanks Joe ?) with 0% thanks or appreciation, at least fake the funk in my opinion.
This starbucks was by far the best I’ve been to in a while quiet and food and drinks came out fast even with a line. And David gave amazing customer service and had a really nice smile i will definitely be coming back. ?
My girlfriend & I went through the drive-through of this establishment & when they saw that I had just had surgery the day before, they gave me my coffee on the house. The whole staff was super nice & complimentary. They made my post-op day! Thanks!Special shout out to Mr. Silas for being such a sweetheart.
Seems ignorant and rude. Possibly racist. I was in there 5 min before they greeted me. Im just an uber eats driver
Went through the drive thru this morning with my girlfriend who just had facial surgery yesterday. When we got up to the window to pay the barista advised that my girlfriends drink was on them today. It was such a sweet gesture and it totally made her smile even though she was in pain and all bandaged up. We love our neighborhood Starbucks!
Here to echo the sentiments shared about the drive thru. It takes a realllyyyy long time to get your order. I waited over 20 minutes for coffee.
Normally I have a great experience here, but lately their coffee has not been great at all. They basically just handed me a cup of cream. I assume it’s the new employees, but come on. If I pay almost $5 for a cup of coffee I’d expect it to at least taste like coffee ?
I asked that my Coffee brew got like ice but they gave me a ton of ice and very little coffee brewer. I don't understand what's so hard and following instructions.
Giving 2 stars one because they have a drive thru but it took so long waited 15-20min and another one because they gave me napkins. However my food was cold and bread was hard as a brick . I order the impossible sandwich, Never AGAIN!Please make sure your food is great food for your customers. Thank you
Service was ridiculous. The wait time was insane, and when I finally got my coffee there was NOTHING but foam in there. Probably one of the worst Starbucks I have EVER been to.
