The single worst experience I've ever had at a sonic. We got a burger a hotdog and 2 orders of fried pickles and then waited 48 minutes. I had to walk up to the employee door and ask them about it and they didn't even acknowledge that they had forgotten about us (they just pulled the order off a warming rack.) Highly recommended any other location. Don't go here.
Waited in drive thru at the speaker for nearly 5 minutes without being acknowledged so we pulled into stall. after another 5 minutes or so our order was finally taken (4 limeades with light ice). Order FINALLY arrived 15 minutes later.... for 4 drinks!! Drinks were packed to the rim with ice instead of light ice as we ordered. If they can't handle drinks I certainly won't be back for anything more..
To whom this may concern, when I went to sonic on 05/10/2022. I ordered the number 4 meal with 4 Ched R peppers, with onion rings and a strawberry milk shake. That whole meal was $18.86. I'm being charged this amount of money for my meal. I would like to have my order fresh. They served me some "Onion Rings" that was NOT fresh cooked. I feel like regardless of how much you pay for your order, your food should be cooked fresh at all times. Should no one have to tell you too cooked they food fresh when coming through the drive thru or pull in. And they should not be serving no one food that has been sitting under a heat light all day. After all, you is paying your money, so you should get your food fresh and not severed to you unhot or on cheap bread. And this message applies to all Sonics, Please go back to the "Hawaiian Bread". It's buttery, sweet and good and it makes the food taste better. Please stop serving customers burgers on cheap bread. That is ridiculous and sad.
Ok well outdoor seating is filthy, order box screen messed up, food took forever to come out people arriving after us getting food first. And when food did arrive it was cold , overcooked and not portioned eeven close something you could call large. Not one person checked on us before during or after the food came out. Cigarettes lined up on window seal waiting for whatever and the restrooms are atrocious!! Def not ever coming here again…. Ain’t going mention the dressCode of the employees
We waited 25-30 minutes for our food … fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday. I ordered popcorn chicken with bbq sauce they gave me no sauce . We waited 30’minutes for our food so we wasn’t going to wait an additional 30 minutes forSome sauce than should’ve been brought out with the order in the first place . NEVER AGAIN
Absolutely the WORST service i have ever experienced… i waited an hour plus for my food.. when i asked for a refund the “OWNER” told me no i could have a side or a drink.. and if i didn’t want that i had to give my food back that i waited for to get my money! he was EXTREMELY rude and basically told me i was lying about the experience i had.. i would never eat at this establishment and is not worth anyones hard earned money #runthislocationoutofbuisness
I stopped here for Breakfast (French toast sticks and bacon). I often go here for a drink or breakfast in the A.M. The owner knowing that he'd not seen me in a while prepared my order fresh and also added a special treat! I love my Sonic! ❤
Food appeared to look as they threw it in the bag or put the food in the microwave i called to file a complaint and I asked for a refund the ower stated that he was the owner and manager in charge in they didn’t have a microwave his attitude and professionalism of the situation was unprofessional… he didn’t believe me once I took the food back they gave me a refund to be refunded after 7 days very poor customer services
Just no. I waited 10 minutes for a medium popcorn chicken and a chili frito wrap. I attached a picture of the smallest wrap I’ve ever seen in my life. My $5 medium popcorn chicken had literally 7 pieces in it. Then they asked me if I wanted to tip….I ALWAYS tip…very well. But I just could not this time. It was just awful.
I wanted a plain hamburger. They couldn’t even get that right even though my husband repeated the order multiple times.
