I asked For 2 sonic mini blasts. When I saw the price on the screen it did not match any of the prices that I saw for any of the sizes for the sonic blasts.. When I asked about that I got a big spill about how the price of things is going up. When I received my Mini sonic blasts I realized that for whatever reason they must have got medium out of the word Mini. But still the price for the medium did not match the price on the menu you see when you pull up. The other downside is that when I went to go bring the drinks and the food into the house because the cups are Styrofoam, one of them cracked and started pouring sonic blast onto my phone and other items. But I guess we still made those blasts last for 3 days.
Only giving 2 stars because usually they are pretty good. But when I went through the drive thru today my order was simply five chicken tenders and a large fry and I specified made to order. I told them I wanted it fresh. There is nobody ahead of me in line when I got there I had the food within a 1 1/2 to 2 minutes was not fresh. I was not thinking about checking it because usually it is done right. I know they said there's a policy to bring it back in and they'll remake it but I wasn't about to have it sit in my refrigerator for days. I couldn't bring it back because I was taking care of my grandsons. So sad my son was disappointed.

I ordered milk shakes in the drive thru. I sat at the window for 5 minutes before being asked to pull around to the front of the building. It then took an additional 25mins to get milk shakes that were made incorrectly. Out of the 6 ordered, only 3 were made correctly.
Who ever is working the drive through @156pm March 17th has terrible customer service. It was like she was mad I wanted to make an order. The only saving grace is my order was correct
You know how some places start slacking when it's like an hour left to closing!? That's what I experienced. I went there an hour before closing and no one said anything at the window for like 8 minutes. Do better guys.

Apparently they never get a truck in cause they have been out of the only breakfast food i like for almost a week now. Even with snow my store has gotten 2 trucks in. Just sad i couldn't eat breakfast this morning because I chose to stop at this sonic and had no time to stop anywhere else. Also speed up your service and atop taking one pitful car at a time. It is not hard to multi task.
I ordered a double cheeseburger and am just disappointed and disgusted. When you pay $25 for a hotdog, cheeseburger and shake you atleast have a small expectation that the employees would actually take some pride in their job and make you something edible. How does one actually serve two cold patties on a broken bun and think "hey, that's a great product" . Just a waste of money and still left hungry. I shouldn't of even bothered.
Ordered simple 2 #1's, 2 banana shakes and a slush. Were only 1's in line. They must have been slaughtering the cow jist for us because it took forever, li e behind us formed long. Then we were given everything g but a shake and told have a good night. I asked about other shake and the girl at the window had to convince the shake maker to make it... idk why she couldn't have while we were waiting and she was drinking her drink and they were all chatting for 10 min... so we proceeded to wait another few min.... it was like I annoyed them because they forgot thebshake. Needless to say there was no cherry on the 2nd one and I wasn't about to ask.Your job is literally to make what someone orders and is on the screen. O wasn't rude, I didn't get mad... bit cross train your employees and have decency to apologize when ya'll screw up or take too long. It was ridiculous.
