The best thing about this restaurant is the vibe and the drinks. The drinks were fantastic especially the frozen margheritas. We ended up enjoying two of those while we dined. The food was mixed for our table. The Fajitas were absolutely fantastic as was the queso with chorizo sausage added. But other dishes were too salty and just had a poor taste overall. But the Fajitas and Margheritas made up for some of the other shortcomings.

Great food and great service. We were out on a fishing trip in Virginia Beach and returned to dock almost 10p. There were 9 of us so we called to be sure they could serve before arriving. Food came out fast and was delicious. We all ordered different items to share. Definitely recommend eating here if looking for Mexican food or just a cool place to hang at the bar. Really appreciated the quick service so late before closing.

We were seated quickly on a Saturday night. Menu is easy to read and well laid out. There’s a small kids menu section. The “table side guacamole” was fantastic!!! It was ACTUALLY made to order AT the table in front of us! So good!!!! Chips were a little overdone but tasted so good with the guacamole! Fajitas for two had a lot of meat but didn’t come with the traditional lettuce, pico, cheese, sour cream, etc. the style of serving them was unique in a good way. Overall the food was great! Maybe we’ll even come back tomorrow night!

You'd probably miss it if you weren't looking, this is definitely a hole in the wall - viewing it from the outside. But the food is amazing and the atmosphere is great!

Food was absolutely amazing! Tacos al pastor & chicken tacos were wonderful. Large selection of traditional Mexican-American dishes & some authentic Mexican food as well. Service was a little lacking, but I think that was just our server. Definitely recommended!

Great little Mexican restaurant in the middle of Virginia Beach. We have been on a road trip for a couple of weeks so I have been craving good Mexican food. We read reviews for this place and decided to try it. My husband tried the red cheese enchiladas and they were just okay. The enchiladas were not friend and were not spicy at all. I had 3 tacos. 1 taco Al pastor, 1 beef and one chicken with chorizo. The tacos were served with a red and tomatillo green sauces. The tacos and salsas were excellent. I also ordered the rolled tacos with cheese as an Appetizer and they were also great. Overall, I am really picky on my mexican restaurant and this restaurant is pretty delicious. We will definitely come back!!

Small spot with great service, nice music and exceptional food!! If you are visiting Virginia Beach you must stop by. Trust me you will not be disappointed!! Food is fresh and clean! Tamales are the best I've ever had and the shrimp and crab dip is so delicious!! My husband describes the chicken chimichangas as SMACK!!! And I also had steak chicken and shrimp fajitas which was good! Check them out! You will not be disappointed.

I had the seafood chimichanga and my wife had the fish tacos. The chimichangas were tied for first place with a place in Washington DC and my wife said the fish tacos were second only to a place on Maui Hawaii. In other words, the foods and service were outstanding.

Good food. Good service. Excellent margaritas. Stong. Chips are plentiful. Guacamole is substandard.

I never leave bad reviews but I feel like I have to in this instance. I am incredibly confused as to why the ratings are so high. Our food was terrible. Nobody in my party liked their food. It wasn’t just not good, it was bad. I ordered vegetarian fajitas and you could totally tell that they used frozen veggies. I had only a few bites. It was awful. So either the regular cook called in sick or Virginia Beach doesn’t know what good Mexican food is.
