We dined here for my mother n law’s birthday and it was excellent the food was delicious. The chef was really professional and thorough along with the entire staff. Even had the pleasure of meeting the owner ,he is very nice asked about our meal was plus he makes you feel like your truly appreciated. Everyone here is genuine overall a great experience I would definitely say it’s the best hibachi in the seven cities. Would recommend over and over….
This Hibachi restaurant was excellent. The food was correctly cooked to order and tasted great. The chef did a great job with the show and pretty much all of us caught a shrimp in our mouths thanks to his excellent aim ?I had the teriyaki steak and it was tasty, they cooked mine before the rest as I skipped the shrimp (they can also cook food completely separate if you're allergic). The service is dependent on how long your table takes to arrive, so if you have the whole table you will get fast service. The folks sitting next to us noted it took them almost an hour for food, but we were served in only about 15/20 minutes.Overall I would recommend for celebrating a special occasion or if you want to have some fun while eating. ?
The food and atmosphere was great. The only complaint was the 18% gratuity charge they didn't mention until after we were done eating. It was a birthday dinner for my 16 year old. I was planning on tipping, but it would have been nice to know up front before we ordered. Apparently this charge is for parties over 5 or 6. Also, they mentioned the birthday package after our meal, as we were about to leave. I'm not sure what that consisted of, but they should really make mention of these things up front.
Edit: okay the miso soup is great. While having a decently comfortable and lively atmosphere, despite having reservations my husband and I have been waiting well past 40 minutes for seating in a chilly bar with minimal service. I’m sure it’s great and all, but I didn’t come just to smell some good food.
Horrible service. From the phone ca for carry out to the arrival. Didn’t want their food when getting there. Things happen, people change their minds. Shoved the order down my throat calling the person who made the order to tell me to come back, that I better pay and come back because it was a “special order”. My family Owning 7 restaurants, it is an inconvenience but things like this happens. The boss comes out and cusses at me calling me trash and trying to call me broke. Then proceeds to call my food orderer how I can’t pay and so on like it’s his place to update my people. It’s complicated but at the end of the day I decided to not get the food before even seeing a receipt. Not because of a bill. And the owner handled it as a kid would.
Ahhh where to begin. Read the reviews and they had me wanting to definitely go and try. Well the chicken and shrimp combo was not seasoned well. Rice was subpar. I felt if I brought it home and tried to fix it...it would be better. NOPE! I was impressed and sad to say will not return. Not knocking other reviews and I'm sure others will go. Enjoy. I just didn't.
This was my first time eating here. The food was everything I expected. I had the Habichi Shrimp and Lobster tail with fried rice. Overall my experience was great and I will return in the future.
Thanks for the best birthday dinner I've had in awhile!! The service and chef were awesome, the food was delicious, and the show was amazing!! It was truly an unforgettable meal and a wonderful experience! I appreciate that you're still doing great business after all these years y'all are terrific!!
Sooooo......didn't expect the prices to be so low. Ordered Emperor's Delight, it's filet mignon, chicken and shrimp.....only costs $31.95. There was plenty leftover, seemed as if we didn't eat while we were there. Our total bill was $135, it was two Emperor's Delight, 2 softdrinks, two cocktails and a medium Sake. Entire staff was friendly and very funny and the food was really good!
It was a wonderful experience. I took my daughter for her birthday and food, drinks, and entertainment was great
