The food is good, but for some reason not great! There is nothing extraordinary about their burgers and fries... especially for the prise that you pay, I think you should expect a little more. To me, it is a good place to grab a bite, but not my favorite by a mile. The venue is clean and trendy. The staff is fast, but not too polite. I really dislike the fact that they introduced kiosks to order food rather than to talk to a cashier to take your order... removing the human contact is not pleasant and they do it only to save money. I will probably visit again.
4/2/2022Updated:We scan our receipts in an app called Fetch, when I scanned my receipt it said it was already scanned. Store employees should not scan other people's receipts.I will not be visiting this restaurant in the future.First visit, didn't like the kiosk ordering, felt like a fast food place. Place was clean, staff was masked, quiet and pleasant atmosphere.Got food as ordered.Just wish the kiosk would mark something not available prior to getting ready to pay and having to go back to change order and try again. Being out of avacodo affected many menu items.Prices were a little higher than expected, but the food was great.
My burger was hot and fresh. The French fries were hot and evenly salted. The staff was friendly and helpful. Some of the order machines were blocked off and some patrons had difficulty using the order machine, which caused a delay in placing my order and added to the time I had to wait for my food.
Has been hit or miss lately, sometimes the burgers are great, sometimes you get rare burgers. Two of the three burgers in my last order were rare and inedible.

We ordered delivery and it seems the cook/staff decided we wouldn't be able to return our order, so they sent it like this. This was supposed to be a grilled cheese, but it's burnt beyond recognition. This was my first and last order with this restaurant.
Everything I ordered was awesome!! The fries were hot and crispy. The strawberry shake was flavorful and creamy. The burger was deelicious as always.I wish that the burger was bigger but that's just me. I would definitely go back.

Shake shack was an okay experience over all, on the walls in the building they advertised items that weren’t available for ordering. The burger tasted fine but for $10+ dollars I’m not impressed. Also I paid 1.65 or whatever nonsense for avocado and only got a tiny sliver .. shakes were okay. I don’t recommend eating here.
This place would be five stars if it was 50% cheaper! $8.79 for a double shack burger is pricey! I guess it doesn’t matter if people keep coming. Came here since Taco Bell was a mess and Chipotle was closed on a Sunday night before a movie at regal. The burger was kind of like a classic diner burger but it should have been $4.99 or less. I would choose the 2 for $6 Burger King whopper over this if I had the choice! Maybe I’ll stick to the milkshakes next time! The service was pretty good even though I don’t like digital kiosk ordering.
