Great place for Ice Cream. Monday nights are limited as they get deliveries on Tuesday.
Super sour taste in my mouth after visiting this place. When we entered the store we weren't greeted instead an employee kept on running her mouth about a certain customer who "didn't tip". She then made a sweeping generalization that "older people just don't tip" with both of my parents in the store. She continued on to complain about how she isn't paid enough, and customers need to understand that. It was just an awkward experience, and honestly soured the evening.
Looks like not much and is plain and simple inside but the gals were friendly and easily made recommendations and let us taste some of the ice cream flavors.REALLY good ice cream and huge portions. We got one scoop which was actually like a giant bowl and 5 people shared it.Love the outdoor seating and live music on weekends!Tons of flavors and cones. They even had a mermaid cone you can get for the kiddos (or adults) if you want!
Me and my wife to be been going here for two years and love the ice cream and the staff are very friendly and affordable thank you for your business
Great ice cream, great service, and great prices. Everything we got was delicious and my niece loved her fancy mermaid cone with a special mermaid tail and sprinkles. We will definitely return.
I cannot possibly recommend this place less! ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Our family has been going here for years and our experience today made it so that no in our family will EVER return. The two teenagers working today were unkind to our 3 year old, rude, nasty, and ruined the entire experience of going out for our whole family. Never go here ESPECIALLY if you have kids. I sincerely hope that the incompetent and nasty workers from today are fired

Looked up Sandbridge Sugar Shack and drove from Williamsburg. When we get there the building is closed up!! Not sure if ots for the season or holidays but if it had said closed online we wouldn't have driven there.
