It was a pleasant surprise to get a very tasty banh mi and delicious beef pho. It was our first visit and it was top rated. Good service and great food. The tea however was bland, otherwise a four star rating.

I tried the Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli noodles, recommended by the server. It is served cold wish a side of fish sauce. I mixed everything together and it was good. The restaurant was cold, not sure if they had the A/C on or if it was just cold coming in from outside. Server was nice.

The food was pretty solid but definitely could have used some variation in seasoning. Also, the fried egg I received was cooked well over having any run in the yolk. Still, I would return to try a few more of their dishes. The service was also quite pleasant as well.

my boyfriend and i came here to eat for lunch yesterday and sadly we had such a bad food experience. the service was so nice, the two workers were so kind & attentive to us! nothing to do with them, they were amazing! however, the food was just not good. i got the shredded pork roll appetizer and it was so dry & unedible and not very tasty. my boyfriend got the lemon wings & those were decent. our entrees were not good, we had the porkchop and rice, it was very dry and not very tasty. the meatball skewers were just terrible, it tasted too sweet & it looked uncooked. i had to ask the server if it was cooked all the way. we paid & left unsatisfied.

Ordered the beef round pho and pork vermicelli, both were fantastic. Nice quiet atmosphere, and our server was very friendly. Overall definitely planning on coming back.

We stop in for a quick meal tonight, please let me be clear, went in the wait staff are amazing people all of them are so nice, polite, fast, and very professional i absolutely give them 5STARS. I wish that we could say the same for the food, we order fresh spring roll, small pho, and roast duck rice platter. OMG!!!!typical spring roll nothing is wrong but the dip sauce it’s so unbelievable salty, the duck rice platter came out looks like they have hoisin sauce on all over the duck and rice, took one bit holly hell again it’s unbelievable salty what is the deal with this people and salt?… pho came out no bean sprouts, thai basil, lime, my wife took one bit that’s is it. and than i ask for to go cup for my coffee they give me the cup with a dang hole, pour my coffee in it came straight out the bottom yes the whole cup lol but the waitress didn’t charge me for the coffee. I am Vietnamese and let me tell you this is no freaking Vietnamese food….so later i found out they not Vietnamese they are Chinese …i am not a picky eater and i am extremely easy but for me to write this much review again i just don’t understand are they not testing their food after they prepared, WHAT’S UP WITH THE SALT?….even those food was not good but i didn’t make big deal and we did tip well. Thanks to the wait staff..First time and Is Our Last …

I found Saigon #1 with a Google search while traveling to the area. I’m glad I went out of my way. Their service was amazing and the food was wonderful. They made me a special dish (roll your own soft spring roll). It wasn’t what I was used to but it was great. I also got a grilled chicken bun mi. Also very good!

First time visiting this place and I'd have to say it's decent. Got pork sandwiches, wings and fries. A bit more cilantro than my liking so be sure to mention that if you're not a fan. But the pork was cooked nicely. And honestly, I'll get double the wings and skip the fries next time.

This was my first time here, I ordered the pho tai and crispy vegetable spring rolls. To me the pho broth was kinda one dimensional in flavor and they put the beef in the broth container (other places I've been to keep the meat separate from broth when I order takeout ). The meat was a bit tough by the time I ate it, however it does come with the fresh pho accoutrements. One of the spring rolls was pork instead of vegetable, but I did like the light refreshing sauce that came with it though.

They need to add Cold water to the noodles before they put them in the package for takeout. When we got our noodles for our takeout and we put them in the soup base they all fell apart because they stuck together while they were being transported. I know it seems like a small stupid thing but have you ever tried to eat pho noodles that are all cut up and mangled? It’s not good. All this being said their base is very very very good.Of course, I could’ve just not been lazy, and just ate my food there. Idk.This restaurant is one or two tweaks away from being one of the best Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Small stuff matters though.
