Convenient gas station, convenience store, and delicious chicken. Very good rewards program.
I’ve been walking to this gas station since it first opened. The food is great, there’s plenty of snacks and drinks, it’s not a nasty gas station by any means. They have self-service machines and regular checkout. The food can take a while but like I said, it’s pretty good. I recommend the fried chicken, cheese fries, and Mac & cheese. There’s one of those F’Real milkshake machines and they have rewards points for shopping there. It’s pretty cool
Order chicken on Saturday to pick up Sunday at 3:30pm. Get there at 3:20 they didn't know anything about it. Then the guys finds the ticket and says to me are you the one who wanted 5 of the 8 piece mix. So he did know about it. So he said I can fix that for you right now take about 20min. Or so. I said yes where else could I have gone. So disappointed people were very apologetics but I ended up getting there 30 minutes later to the event. So much for calling in an order. Thing is they had my phone number, why not call or had me call to reconfirm. Chicken was delicious....

I don’t go to royal farms often but everytime I have been to this location I remember it being pleasant. Today was a little different. Tyla was my cashier, she was so kind and helpful. It really made my experience today stand out. Just know if she’s there you’re taken care of.
Im used to seeing bad service but this takes the cake. multiple times ive ordered fried chicken only to be told after waiting 25-30 mins, there would be a 20-30 min wait from that point. meanwhile im staring at my order thru the window. staff is rude, constantly staring at their phones, and not paying attention to the order on the screen. I was told not to come back and that sounds like sound advice
I placed an order through Door Dash & when the young lady arrived to pick it up, she was told that they didn't have the drinks. She called to tell me & I just told her to leave them off. She dropped my food off shortly thereafter.When I received my order, I was missing 2 Snickers, 1 Buffalo sauce, 1 water (which I didn't order), & 1 Body Armour - which should've been removed - but was still on the receipt.I called & the manager was extremely rude.She originally told methat she would get the Snickers ready & I could come pick them up. Why on Earth would I PAY to have food delivered - & then turn around & go to pick up some candy bars?! Not to mention the fact that the reason I had it delivered in the first place, is because I'm in the house with Covid. So when I declined, she rudely snapped, "Well I'lljust have DoorDash refund that." I asked her why she was being so nasty, she hung up on me.I have since been given a refund od some sort....but it's not what it should be. Not to mention - the tip is based off of the total, so with being over charged more than $10 I paid more in tips than I probably would have.Waiting on a call from corporate.I will never return to this location
The deli area at this location is always under staffed. They are working their employees to death. 45 minute wait for 10 piece chicken. Never again. ??
Staff has always been super nice and the whole place always seems very clean! The only thing I wish they had was decaf coffee.
Such a horrible experience with this location off kempsville rd. They had multiple signs up for a 10pc dark meat, the guy behind the counter who was clearly over worked because he announced it said that sale doesn't start till 6am it was 230 am??? No where did it say that. I looked at him soooo confused he walked away. I Finally made my selections and u did take a long while since i had never been to one of these. He says to his co worker all of that for this??How rude i wish I had not given this place a single $$but my son really wanted it after a long 6 hour drive!!!! But i promise that 10.00 will be my last everGhetto employee!!!
