I’m sure the food is really good here but I didn’t get to try it. The server refused service to my friends and I because I had a metal water bottle with me. Ma’am, I can assure I was still going to order a drink. Just have the policy posted up somewhere in the future. That was the first time I’ve ever been denied service over a water bottle.
The waitress was very unfriendly toward us. I asked for a medium well steak, stressing that the steak should not be pink from the inside. The steak looked as pink as my husband’s medium steak. Then before we had finished our meal, she rushed to clean the table and brought the check for us before we asked for it as if to kick us out. Won’t ever go there again!
1 star/ not able to place to go orders over the phone, you have to go there to place the order to go...... what sense does that make, what if I was feeling sick and not wanting to risk anyone else catching it, yeah sure I want to wait in your establishment while you cook my food for me to bring home?. We really like Roosters. We usually go there for breakfast and then visit Oceans East tackle shop located next door. Food at Roosters is very good and reasonably priced. Service has always been excellent. A favorite way to start a day. Roosters then on to Oceans East.
Great place for breakfast/lunch. Great owner, even greater wait staff, always upbeat and very courteous. We go here every Saturday. Highly recommend it.
