Everone is so friendly even the owner Back agine the food is so good here, had there key lime pie very good.This was mine and my husband first time coming here and we where welcomed with friendly staff and our waitress Sabinia was on point and very friendly got to keep her she is very food and kind. Now the food was amazing words can't describe on how good the food was there sides bake beans omg it had some meat in it, coleslaw was creamy, there green beans was seasoned just right and let's talk about there mac & cheese damn that's how good it was. there fried okra wasn't a little bit it was a lot and it was hot and very good, now there food there shrimp was cook just right there ribs amazing like I said words can't describe it until you try it yourself.can't wait to go back to try something different.
Went for dinner last night. Had the three meat combo. Ribs,pulled pork and smoked turkey. Everything was mostly good including the service. However, I saved the turkey for today for a sandwich. When I started eating it,I found waxed paper all mixed in with the turkey. This tells me it's bought already cooked and wrapped and this sliced. Very disappointing to find out that what they claim to cook there,really isn't. Won't ever order the turkey again!!
Staff was friendly. Ordered the Feast for 2. Beans were not totally done, chicken seemed overdone. Pork entries were good and liked the sauce. Waitress seemed to be hovering(we were last in restaurant). Cole slaw was good as well as the mac and cheese. Helpings were a good size, just need to get temps right. Will try again next time I'm in town
Great ribs, definitely worth the stop. Sliced brisket and the chicken were also good, but just not enjoyed quite as much as the ribs.
Called in my Baby Back rib dinner with 2 sides of the Mac n Cheese. Ready in 15 minutes, the drive took that long so it was perfect timing. The ribs were cooked perfectly, the meat was tender and moist and fell off the bone. The Mac was okay, will try a different side next time. Dinner was under 24 dollars and well worth the price.
Came in on a Friday night with my wife, daughter, and her boyfriend and were seated promptly, we were waited on by Sabina and she was absolutely excellent keeping our drinks filled and taking our orders, very friendly...I ordered the Rib Combo with corn and baked potato, my wife got baby back ribs, my daughter a chicken sandwich and her boyfriend a cheeseburger ? and all said it was good...my ribs were excellent! Check em out, really good!
FIrst time there, probably last. I ordered the one half Baby back ribs, Mac & Cheese and baked beans. Ribs were very small and over cooked. Mac & Cheese sauce was like water, and the Baked Beans were nothing special.
They advertise that ribs were fall off the bone, but I found them a little tough but still well seasoned. As it was a take out order, you don't want to go back cause they weren't as tender as they say. Brisket and pork were delicious as was the coconut creme pie.
The first time the ribs were juicy and fall off the bone. The 2nd time, I tried the brisket, and got ribs again, and they were dry, yet they still tasted really good. Key lime pie, and coconut cream pie are good. Try this place at least once. It may be a hit or miss joint though.
The sliced pork skyscraper sandwich is to die for, and they offer over 3 delicious sauces to tru with your meal. Love this place, high quality food but affordable.
