Great appetizers, great tasting burgers, and good selection of drinks. My friends and I shared the pork belly appetizer, which was so good! The burgers were made right and cooked perfectly, I got the Capone which was simple but flavorful. The burgers pair really well with the flavor fries too. If you like whiskey and bourbon cocktails, they have plenty of those. We came in on a Thursday night, and while I didn’t expect it to be so small inside, it wasn’t too busy and we found seating with no issues. Our server was super chill and got our food and drinks to us quickly. Overall a nice casual spot for burgers and drinks, it’s a splurge and worth a return visit.
Has to be the best burger place in Virginia Beach! First visit for me so I had the “Classic Burger” with the bourbon chili for my side. On “first visits” I stick to the “classic” style burger to see how they do it and if they can cook it to my specifications (medium rare). Short answer for here…YES! Great flavor, cooked perfectly and all the trimmings. Excellent! Can’t wait to return. Now..the chili..well, certainly not “real chili” as it had beans and a bit of a sweet taste (Virginia style I guess), so fries for me next time. But, I didn’t come for the chili..I came for the burger and the pretzel/beer cheese appetizer! Did I mention the beer cheese? Fantastic! Great pretzel pieces for dipping and a bit of a “bite” to the cheese as they add a bit of cayenne pepper and habanero to the cheese … super good! Yep..great place with excellent service as well. Great bar..all beers on draft so a plus there as well! Not a big place, so expect a possible wait during prime times.
Holy cow!! This place is an amazing bourbon bar. And once I had some Barrel Seagrass bourbon, it was the most fantastic burger I've had in a LONG time. I will come here every single time I visit Virginia Beach. This is a great place to visit if you're a bourbon fan and want to try some of the well known and hard to find bourbons to see if you'd like to get a bottle. Five-stars!! Highly recommend!! Actually, highest recommendation! Go!
I apologize for the picture but… the food was incredibly delicious- so much so I forgot to take pictures until almost the end. My husband proclaimed after his first bite: “Oh babe…This is a game changer. I’m not leaving here the same man I was when I first came in!” LOL Seriously though… this was BEST bacon dusted fries and pretzel bites with kicka$$ bourbon cheese dip you’ll EVER have anywhere. All of our food was beyond what we expected. My family and I loved it here. This is a must stop in VA Beach!!!
I ordered the Classic Repeal burger with mac and cheese as side dish.The burger was very good but the mac and cheese was to die for. You can tell these guys love good food and Ihighly recommend their mac and cheese as side dish. Delicious! ?
Bad service. Menu is very limited. They charged 22% of gratuity because we were more than six in our party. It's a good place for drinks but not for dinner. The restaurant just in front has better food for less money.
Absolutely delicious burgers and the best sweet potato fries we every had. Excellent service.
The burgers they have are in my top 3 burger places I have eaten at. The chili is wicked good, sweet with a touch of spice. My son is a big fan of my bacon jam smash burgers and said to me, dad this is as good as your burger. The tempura fried mushrooms were delish. The drinks they make are not watered down and are very good. Not too expensive either for a up class burger place. Def give this place 5/5 stars.
Unbelievable burger and truffle parm fries. Our bartender Derek showed so much enthusiasm and knew so much about the food and the spirits . Wonderful experience!
Lucked upon this place during our VA Beach stay. Not many places we're open during Christmas week and few of them could accommodate a vegan. The owner/manager was in and was very friendly, even offering suggestions of other eateries we could try while we were there.
