We had a great time here. Customer service was good, food was served very fast and it was very delicious. The dessert was also remarkable. Our server was very polite and diligent. I will definitely be back.
This is our favorite restaurant to go to! It has a great atmosphere, the staff are always so kind and make sure we're happy with everything. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The manager is so sweet, funny, and just a really genuine person. They all deserve the best and we love coming here. Their food is also amazing! Everything I've tried has been absolutely delicious! From the stuffed pizza, regular pizza, stromboli, pastas, and sandwiches...they're all made amazing and there's always leftovers because they give you more than enough(:
Literally writing this review as we have sat here for 30 minutes and our waitress still hasn't taken our order. Finally brought our drinks only to tell us to wait 2 more minutes while she went to take the order of a table that came in after us. Eventually our food came, but only part of it. Could see the counter and watched our pizza sit for several minutes before it was brought over to us. Told my daughter she would bring a fresh drink which also took forever. We come here for a birthday tradition every year but this will be our last year. It wasn't that they looked short staffed as people came in after us and were long gone before us. We only ordered a pizza and two kids meals. On top of that, it was mentioned thrice that we were here for a birthday and nothing. Very sad experience. Waitress was overall rude and definitely served others better.
I lived in Napoli Italy for 2 years. This place hit the sweet spot and fill the void in heart that was there after I left after I fell in love with Italy and Napoli cuisine.
I've been going here since I was a high school student. My senior year was in 2010. And I have never once regretted it. The service, food, drink selections, and atmosphere are all top notch. If you're from VB and you want to eat at a locally owned place that is a cornerstone for Italian cuisine then you have to eat here.
First time visiting here but I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area! I ordered takeout, which was ready at the expected time with sized portions that were really wonderful tasting! The staff was very friendly, greeting me immediately upon entering and helping me get my to go order swiftly. The restaurant appeared rather busy, but the food was fresh, the staff was friendly, and I was very satisfied with the meal. Looking forward to the next visit!
Came here on a Sunday. Found the best Pasta I have ever had in my life. Seafood Con Saffron! It was so good I almost cried!! I will forever be a patron here. I have yet to have a bad meal here. But tonight takes the cake! They also have the best cheesecake in town!!

I am sorry for the poor review . I have been a long time patron of both locations. Tonight we went to the Va Beach Blvd location. I ordered my usual fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. When the order came it had absolutely no sauce. We have started to notice a decline in the Chesapeake location but not here. I ask for my shrimp which they forgot & a little sauce. When the waitress returned it was more than I needed. I thought maybe it was just a fluke but I ordered 2 orders to go for my children at home & when it was opened it was just like my original order . Too dry to eat. It looks like they added the noodles to the sauce & removed the noodles without the sauce into the bowl. No sauce.. It was a disappointing encounter. It will be a while before we return.
My wife and I dined at Reginella’s Ristorante in Virginia Beach for dinner on January 26, 2022. Instead of ordering my usual manicotti, I tried the large cheesesteak Stromboli, planning to take any leftovers home with me. When the food arrived, I was shocked to see the large and beautiful Stromboli with three cups of tomato sauce on a 16” pizza pan. My wife’s fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli also looked beautiful and appealing. The taste of the Stromboli was fantastic, definitely an authentic Italian tasting meal. The atmosphere and the service was the greatest. We asked the waitress, Jodi, to speak to the manager to express our satisfaction. Surprisingly, she is the manager. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience and Reginella’s will definitely become one of our favorite restaurants.
