Fast food type bakery, famous in the Philippines ??, filipino locals must visit list

Everything was delicious. But I can’t move past the fact I waited 15 mins for a halo halo. People who ordered after me got there’s.

Friendly. Busy. Delicious. Had to wait a while for my empanadas, but they’re worth it. The coconut Ube roll is sooooo good. ?

Bought this on Friday $30+ because Friday, all "freshly baked cake" . No way it's fresh and it's Buhaghag. We use to like Red Ribbon but this was the worst cake, not even an amateur would have baked this way. They need to do quality control of they want to stay in business. Just helping out by reviewing and statings facts. Will change the review of they improve.

This place has the best cakes and pastries! Plus it Filipino owned! Can't do any better than that!

I had their mango supreme cake and it was very good. Not too sweet, but tasty.

Bought a cake for my boyfriends family. The cake expired the next day. I asked if there was a different cake since it’s not good to sell a cake that expires in less than 24 hours. They said no. I asked when was the cake made and the lady said she doesn’t know. I asked how often they make their cakes the lady said she doesnt know. How do you not know this stuff? She didn’t offer to find out so I had to ask her to ask the people in the back. After talking they came back and told me the cake was made 2 days ago. I don’t think cakes go bad after 3 days.I know something is fishy here. I only got the cake because my boyfriends family loves it. But next time I won’t be coming otherwise . The customer service was not even average.

Want to give Jon Ray a shout out. Best employee ever, He is so customer oriented. Very patient and very attentive. He knows all the product and never hesitate to answer questions and suggest what pastry to get. Jon Ray keep up the good job as I will be visiting Red Ribbon again because of your excellent customer service.

Pls update your menu from doordash so people who have health issues and can't drive to your store can still order.

Decent food and desserts. I got the chicken empanada, the butter mamon, and the mango cake. The empanada was delicious - very well seasoned and almost like a pot pie inside of a thick, flaky, buttery crust. The butter mamon was essentially just a sponge cake, but it wasn’t overly sweet, it was very soft - almost cloud-like - and a nice size for the price ($1.89). The mango cake was also good, 2 layers of buttercream and topped with fresh mangoes (not the mango that’s sweetened with syrup). Overall I enjoyed it. I wish they had fresh-baked breads instead of the packaged ones, but for the price they were pretty good.
