We ordered a three piece and was charged for an 8 piece. Once we brought it to the cashiers attention, we were told that we’d have to pay again and wait for a refund for the first order we were charged for. Not good customer service at all. Then to top it off the chicken tenders ended up being over cooked. Everything else was sloppy and thrown together. Also the drink was just colored water.
We were told they had to catch up on orders in parking lot. We waited for over an hour outside as they did and continued to serve drive thru. They seemed to be short on help but weren't working very fast. One employee was sitting in the back. We told a young man when he delivered to a car we only wanted 2: milkshakes. He wasn't allowed to serve us. We could have walked through the drive thru and been served. Or walked home and returned in the car. They were very rude and seemed to need a supervisor. Won't try Rally's again with that kind of service. We were visiting the area. We were enjoying the town until tonight.
This has been THE BEST dining/drive thru experience!!!I'm writing this review as I eat my food from the parking lot.From the first welcome to the last goodbye, my visit here was beyond pleasant. The manager on shift is amazing and that creates space for the employees to be as well.When I said I'm pregnant with allergies/ sensitivities they immediately began to accommodate and even referred to me as y'all. They without missing a beat acknowledged me and the baby and it made me smile (and maybe cry a little).They made my night!!Btw my visit was at 10:30pm.
Always quick service. They did give me the wrong drink but I've been here dozens of times and I've never had an issue. Food comes out hot and fast and the employees are courteous and friendly.
We were lied to and said our burgers came with cheese, but they didn't have cheese on them. After getting to our hotel, which was 20 minutes away, we tried to call the restaurant to complain and no one answered the phone after several attempts. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!
We have tried Rally’s twice. Burgers and fries were cold. This last time, the fries had mold on them. We wont be back. I wish we could give better a better review. Its nice have more choices right outside the Navy base.
Well I'm from out of town so I dont know anything about these hamburger joints. I gave them a one star cause it wouldn't let me go no lower. This place was pitiful, I ordered a plain cheeseburger and I received a hamburger bun with this little piece of meat on it. Then I asked for a milkshake with some chocolate syrup and I got a shake with chocolate on the top and not mixed up. I would not recommend this place to noone.
First time eating here and I actually had to come back the next day to get a strawberry Vanilla swirl ice cream cone. I definitely recommend it!

Food was good. I hadn't had Rally's in a long time and I wasn't disappointed. The cheese sticks were delicious. I've always loved their banana milkshakes. Hot and fresh.
