I love finding places where I can chill even after eating. This is the place! The server was kind, the drinks were so good, and the Mac n cheese was delicious (unique Mac and cheese). I love that they have swing chairs at some of the tables. It's a fun place with a great vibe!*Pokemon Go: if you play there are a ton of stops and gyms while at your table!
We had a private event in the back of the restaurant with about 30 people. We can't say enough how impressed we were with everything about this. The food was great, the service was exceptional, the whole staff was highly attentive. The drinks were excellent. On their own, management even found a video online that was related to our event that they put on a continuous loop on the big TV which added an incredibly nice and personal touch.
Stopped in QUIRKS for lunch today. It was seat yourself with many seating options especially with the expansion since my last visit! They have some really cool hanging swing chairs but I chose a booth. Server Brandon was awesome! Knew the menu well & helped with my choices. I have the SHRIMP & CRAB DIP & GROUPER FINGERS. Both were plentiful and really tasty. The grouper fingers were lightly battered and the dip came with tortilla chips. Also had a refreshing strawberry lemonade.HIGHLY RECOMMEND A VISIT!
server was more interested in talking than checking if the food was ready or not. Once it was delivered we enjoyed the chicken fingers and the poke salmon bowl. Menu has a lot of variety so you can probably find something...if only the service was better.
Awesome California vibe outdoor (and indoor) seating American style restaurant with an awesome rockin’ covered colorful “picnic” table! Delicious fish and chips and chicken tenders… oh so tender and love the light crunchy breading. Comes with hush puppies, fries, and delicious cole slaw…! And I am a coke slaw fan so I seek the good stuff… that was good! Convenient location on the boardwalk. Beachfront. Indoor and outdoor. Only dined outdoors. Clean bathrooms inside the hotel. Excellent service by Ian. Love love love the place. One must try it while at VA Beach.
We order a calamari appetizer which took about 30 minutes to get to the table. Two of us ordered burgers which looked nice, patties appeared to have a nice crust, but the meat tasted like it had no seasoning and was reheated after a few days. Kind of pricey for what we ordered. I suppose you’re paying for the Town Center location. I’d skip this place unless you’re just looking to have drinks.
Quirks at town center had exceptional service and good food. We ordered wings, bacon mac & cheese and sofrito & black bean burrito with a side of chips & salsa. The burrito just needed a little more seasoning however the salsa was not good at all, tasted like tomato sauce from the can. Wings and bacon mac were delicious. I plan to return to try other items.

I went here with a few of my friends for a quick outing one evening. Savannah (with a H) was our hostess and she was pretty amazing. She was very personable and very knowledgeable all of the items on the menu! On top of our great experience with Savannah, I enjoyed the atmosphere as well. The food was okay.
Amazing food and friendly staff!! The atmosphere is so relaxed and the food taste amazing! Super flavorful and fresh! Fantastic waitress, super friendly!! Always a favorite!!!
