The brisket and pork bbq were incredible. All of the sides were fantastic. The baked beans shouldn’t even be called baked beans because they were in a class of their own. The collard greens were an experience that everyone should have at least once in there life. Mac and cheese were delicious. OMG, it has been a long time since I have dined somewhere and everything was just so good. I highly recommend that if you haven’t tried Pungo Boys yet, you get out there right away. You are missing out.

Had their pork barbecue,mac and cheese, and creamy coleslaw today and it was delicious.. I was also given a sample of their hush puppies..Yummy..Will definitely be back.. I highly recommend them..They were very nice

Hands down this place has GREAT BBQ!!! I got Burnt end, Saint Louis ribs, Mac and cheese, and potato salad. I really wanted the dinosaur ribs, but they only do Short Ribs now and they do the. On Fridays so come early because they do sell out! They have lots of sauces to accompany your dish and all of them are sooooo good! This was my first time trying burnt ends and I am in LOVE!!!! These bad boys just melted in my mouth! Perfect! The ribs were equally as good that I quickly realized, my eyes are bigger than my appetite ?. But I will be back!!!
Me and my other half always visit different restaurants, we especially love barbecue! Loved the hospitality, Mac n cheese was delish! Most barbecue places we been too, Mac n cheese is trash! Pungo boys made it!! 9 day slaw, most places regular slaw, ribs are to die for! And you get a lot of food, honestly u don’t need 2 platters for two people u can share. Brisket and pulled barbecue! Babbbby was it good! May I add they have good sauces too, only one complaint food got cold real fast, Ac was too cold.
We ordered our food to go. I was ready to leave a 5 star review just from the smells on the car ride home. The brisket was juicy and tender. The pork bbq was smokey and packed with flavor…….and don’t get me started on the sides! Everything is homemade, including the jalapeño cheddar corn muffins. The entire staff was so friendly. The dining room was very clean. In these hard times it’s nearly impossible for small businesses to keep their doors open. This is a place I sincerely hope thrives. Go try em out!! It’s worth the trip!!
Great people and great food, the best of a lot of items I've ever had. If you love BBQ and awesome sides, this is definitely your go-to place. Collard greens and Brunswick Stew are the best you will ever eat. 5 Stars aren't enough.

I’ve been here a few times and the food is always amazing, very quick but that doesn’t take away from the quality. The staff is friendly and very fair price for how much you get. I highly recommend making a trip out to Pungo for some great BBQ.
