Slowest fast food ever. Should be called slow food restaurant and ZERO star. Pulled up in front to pay after 20+ minutes of waiting but the employee didn't even bother opening the window to take my payment atleast, then waited for another 2 minutes and still nothing, they have their music blasted inside the restaurant and just talking the whole time so I just left and didn't bother getting or paying for my order.
One thing Popeyes is consistent with in every location I have been to is customer service is nonexistent. There was no line. The gentleman who helped made me feel like a nuisance. I was kindly asking for options because they don’t what I was trying to get. They kept of turning off the microphone. He was extremely rude and not engaged. When I got to the window, he just asked me for my payment and handed my food. No thank you or anything.
waited 30 minutes for my order then they didn't have enough classic chicken for my order so they gave spices chicken which is fine bur they gave chicken that was overcooked
Wow. If I wasn’t blocked in by the way the drive thru is routed, I’d of drove off long ago. Instead I was stuck in the 4 car line for 20+ mins. Finally ordered and got my food. Cold fries and a flat soda. Awesome, my 30 min lunch is over already. Don’t waste your time here. Not worth the headache. Would be one star except the lady taking my payment was very friendly.
Not coming back. Over 20 minutes for a sandwich and fries to be asked if I want cold old fries or wait on fresh ones. Like what kind of question is that. Then to also watch some kid dump the gravy off potatoes because it was requested for no gravy. He just dumps it instead of making a new one. Like they could be allergic to something in yawls gravy and you just made them sick or even killed them. People ask in request not to have things because of that so yeah never going to the establishment again don’t recommend for anyone to stop at it
The absolute worst fast food restaurant I have visited in Virginia Beach. The customer service was unbelievable disrespectful. Both the cook and the manager were extremely unprofessional, rude and utilized profanity in the worse way. The service was horrible. After 35 minutes I still did not receive my order and was the only customer in the restaurant. To date, I have not been compensated with food or a voucher for my money spent there. I made numerous attempts to resolve my issues all of which have fallen on deaf ears. No accountability for staffs bad behavior or Customer dissatisfaction. The absolute worse. I hope this location’s management and some staff behavior is not representative of all popey’s.
I was there as a DoorDasher tonight... This was one of my worst experiences with this Popeyes, because I have had a few before...Tonight, I went to pickup an order for a client. It is Friday Night, one of the busiest times of the week, and they run out of the chicken for the chicken sandwiches, which should have not happened... I was told the chicken would take 6 minutes to cook... (By the way, I have another order already picked up...) 6 minutes became almost a half hour... As many other delivery service people came got their orders and left and I am still there.This was horrible business tonight. And they acted as they were all rookies, as there was a lot of confusion to what everyone was to do... No organization at all... As much as I would like to enjoy Popeye's, I will deny myself the craving if I have to deal with them... And I will not accept anymore deliveries from them.
Food is always amazing but having it in to where I can order it now that’s other thing. Understanding that the food is so good that everyone wants it but that’s when you know to make more to have to order &&& they do quite frequently forget to put in the extra mac-cheese or mash or whatever is always forgot and the window runs pretty slow so having to sit back in the line is not something I’m trying to do when having three kids ready to eat but otherwise love Popeyes
I’ve been waiting in the drive through line so long I am writing this sad review. They are this pathetically slow. Go somewhere else, don’t go here.
Went yesterday around 4pm. Fries were a bit undercooked, chicken was great. Took over 30 min to get food. Worth it? Probably not. Arrived at 405pm left at 438pm w food. Inside looks like chaos, but at least the food was fresh.
