I absolutely love this restaurant and always love to be seated in Eli’s section. He always greets my significant other and I like friends. His service is top notch. I have been going to this location since it opened and now he makes every visit (even more) wonderful. The food is good, the drinks are great, the service is outstanding. I’ve never left unhappy.
Came in for Taco Tuesday arrived a few minutes before 5p (traffic was HORRIBLE) was seated in a huge seating area (Only 2 in our party) then was moved; drinks ordered then food & @ that time I was told it was after 5 (I'm sure it was due to changing of tables) Asked could Special be honored; informed No & I asked could the manager override b/c of situation was told No Again ( even without consulting with management) I Will NEVER come here & Again and will inform Family & Friends Not to come either....
Food left a lot yo be desired. I had chicken and spinach - - much better at other locations. I don't make plans to return. Rather go someplace with more authentic Mexican fare. Though not authentic, but Hampton Roads tradition, how come no white sauce with the chips? Also if you're supposed to be a family restaurant, why did you tolerate inebriated patrons to dance on the table? Also why no Mexican music on Cinco de Mayo? Not everyone wants to hear rap.
Ordered online from here and picked it up from the restaurant for the first time ever. A Burrito SanJose and a Fried Chimichanga dinner. It came with chips and salsa and white sauce. I should've taken pictures because it was packaged beautifully. I don't usually leave reviews, but whomever prepared our meal did an awesome job! Everything was hot and super delicious. Thank you!
Good food. We ordered pick up this time, which is new to me. The restaurant was full and happy feeling when I went to pick up. It doesn't apart we have to pay additional for ordering online for pick up, which is nice. It was kind of hard to navigate the online menu and didn't seem as complete as the actual menu but it worked. The people at the desk were helpful and provided good customer service when I was there to pick up. Had to wait a little past expected time but was to be expected on a Friday night. Food all hot and fresh. Not my favorite Mexican restaurant of all time but really good food consistently before quarantine when we would eat in restaurant and also now with pick up. (Partially because I really loved the feel years ago when it was smaller and not as fancy. Memories are hard to compete with though??.)I would recommend it to anyone to go enjoy. Definitely good for a group- they have plenty of room and seating. I also really enjoyed the outdoor seating they created last summer during quarantine!

Music were so loud I felt like I was in a nightclub. I asked the server if she could ask the manager if they could turn it down a little bit and I heard him say no. This was 11:30 in the morning , I will not go back. There's way too many other choices for Mexican food in this area. Food was just ok. Nothing special

I don't know man, it had good flavor (tacos only, sides were awful) but I was immediately sick to my stomach after eating. I wouldn't test it and would not recommend.
