The burgers looked good. We ordered cheese sticks. They were cold. I ordered lobster ravioli. All I can say is it was frozen cheese ravioli. The sauce was tomato soup mixed with jarred Alfredo. No meat at all. Tasted the onion rings and you know how you get that taste of old oil..... well, you guessed it. 3 lunches..... 64 dollars. Don't even waste your money here. Especially dinner.... Tatougs is right across the street.
Me and my family went here yesterday. We were seated right away and they took our order. brought our drinks then we waited for our food, it took forever. then asked us if we liked shrimp and it would be free of charge. we said yes because we haven’t eaten all day .Then my mom was served and she was there for 20 minutes with no silverware ,and no one was around. Then my dad said to take his food off and we left because they were taking forever so we walked out and the chased us down because we had to pay for 5 dollar drinksDO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY THERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE
We stopped in there last Saturday for breakfast it was absolutely the worst breakfast I have ever had. First there was no air conditioning working in the place at all the server said it was fixed yesterday but only worked a few hours. The sever took our order French toast and an order of pancakes it took almost 30 min for come to our table. The bread for the French toast was stale and my wife’s pancakes were undercooked she had coffee I had a soft drink and the bill was 26 dollars and some change we only ate a few bites. The staff really needs to be trained I watched a server place new plates of food on a dirty table then served it the table it was intended for just because she had no help. It was the worst meal we had in Virginia Beach!!
Awful service, waited for an hour for our food, never got any refills when our food didn’t come went to leave and left $5 on the table for our one sweet tea we got chased down telling us we had to pay for our food that we didn’t even get brought to the table and didn’t get to eat and that they claimed was ready and it was only half way ready. $64 for nothing. Would not let us go without paying and brought the people behind us food that came in 30 min after us before ours.
The food is ok. The restaurant is outdated but clean. The price isn’t worth what you get. 56 dollars for an average breakfast for 2 people. You could tell right away that gratuity is included on the check. The service reflected that. They were nice but didn’t check on you or replenish drinks during the meal, and you’re forced to tip them 15 percent. Also, if you pay with a card, there’s an extra fee.
This place deserves 0 stars. After waiting 30 minutes to be seated because of short staffing we still decided to still give it a chance because it was across the street from our hotel. My review is the same as the others...after the waiter listened to our order and wrote it down I feel as though he brought us what he wanted us to eat, no drinks until our food came out, then had the Nerve to add the tip to the bill...I DIDNOT PAY IT! You know it's bad when I turned a customer away while we were paying the bill. DONT DO IT KEEP YOUR MONEY!
DOLONT EAT HERE This was my family's first time here and the last. This restaurant is exactly why my family doesn't eat out. Me and hubby ordered fish platters and it lok like they cuta filet in half and cut that in half and gave it to us the fries were greasy and soggy and shredded cheese on fries???? It was horrible then they forgot my onion rings and when I did get them they were over cooked. I couldn't bite them. Not to mention they didn't even discount my meal for the onion rings but did charge 100$Our order was2 fish plattersCheeseburger kids mealBacon chees with friesAnd just a order of regular fries
NEVER GOOD TO ADD AUTOMATIC 15% GRATUITY TO BILL WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND ILLEGAL. ALSO THEY ADD 3% CREDIT CARD FEE TO BILL IF NOT PAYING WITH CASH ALSO NO TOILET PAPER IN RESTROOMS AND BUFFET FOOD COLD AND THEY ADD HOT EGGS INTO COLD EGGS ON BUFFET NOT SANITARY. I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO THE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND TO THE COMMISSION OF REVENUE FOR THE CITY OF VIRGINIA BEACH.
To begin with they do not tell you how much the buffet is. Once they seat you & get your drink order you are mainly on your own. A lot of the stuff on the buffet had been cooked too much. You had your usual food items & then there were items that you didn't know what they were. The biscuits were hard as rocks & the sausage gravy was watery, hardly had any sausage in it & had no flavor what so ever. I would definitely not go back here.
By far the most disgusting unappealing unappetizing breakfast anyone could possibly eat do not i reapeat do not eat here at all !!!!!!! How are you gonna charge $14 for frozen steak with packaged cheese that doesnt evan melt. Evan the toast was the 50cent loaf of bread that you cant evan spread the butter. I litterally got nauseous while writing this right now in the restaurant ? And then on top of that they charge you $2 to use a credit card and tip is included
