I absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is absolutely amazing and the NICEST people you will ever meet! The owner is very sweet and tries to make every experience simply awesome! We've had a lot of things from them and keep coming back for more! Don't be afraid to ask for a specialty thing even if you don't see it on a menu! I asked for a "happy birthday" sign out of pretzels and they DELIVERED! It was a hit! Every letter was a size of a pretzel! Their shamrock pretzels are awesome! We've had mini cheese steak pretzels, cinnamon rivets, regular pretzels and variety of party trays! All is super good and fresh! I'm hoping they'll open one in Chesapeake!!! You won't be disappointed!!!
This place is fantastic. Anytime i need something for a party i always got to them and they have it ready and hot. The friendliness and customer service is hard to beat!

Got a party tray with half mini pretzels and half the little pretzel wrapped hot dogs for our annual cookie exchange. It was a HIT for all ages! There wasn’t much left but I enjoyed what was ? When I called earlier in the week to order the tray, the person I spoke with was SO helpful and friendly!! Didn’t act rushed or anything, when I found out at the end of the call they had a line in the store! I felt so bad for keeping him on the phone with my questions! I have never been met with such patience and kindness from someone on the phone when they have a busy store! And every time we go in they are super friendly too, that goes such a long way! See you guys again soon I’m sure!
Yummy hot pretzels made to order. We tried the sampler and everything was delicious.
The pizza pretzels are one of my favorite foods on the planet. Everyone in the building is also extremely nice. If I could give this place more stars I would. Philly pretzel factory slaps.
Last Friday I had a last minute order of 100 pretzels to be picked up within 2.5 hours from when I called…and my request was graciously honored. I just wanted to say thank you to the Philly Pretzel team for working together and making it happen for me.
