I'm giving them 2 stars. 1 star for them and 1 for me b/c I had to go home and finish making my sandwich. I asked for extra mayo, got no mayo asked for spicy mustard no mustard asked for extra green peppers? You guessed it! none. i had to add all that plus some cheese bc my cheesesteak had hardly any cheese. so i basically finished cooking my meal at home. items requested on other family members subs were missing too. we used to love this place. one of my favorite cheese steak spots. the bread is still super yummy but if we are going to drive 20 minutes to a restaurant, they at least need to properly fulfill my order. oh and stop being so skimpy with the fries! yall don't even fill up the container anymore.
Great cheesesteak. Could have had more tomatoes and lettuce, but still pretty good.
Amazing amazing cheesesteak!! Was super surprised at how delicious it was. Meat, onions and peppers were cooked to perfection and the bun was just splendid! Also enjoyed the nice spiral fries. Will definitely be back!
The Cheesesteaks are great, but I always find myself either getting the hot Italian or the turkey sub, all are fantastic.
This time was much better, but only received 4 stars because it seems like the sandwich is getting smaller for the money!This location was not the best! We placed our order at 716P and did not get our food until they were closing at 8P after my daughter went to the counter to ask what happened to our food since people who walked in after us got their sandwiches before us; they had misplaced our order! Not very professional at all!
Good food good people but 20-30 minute waits for sandwiches is pretty crazy. The cook is extremely exact and slow.
Worst service ever! They dont pay attention to the fact that have ever even come in the door. The few times I have been here, it has taken them over 45 minutes to make my order. Worst business around. Find another place to go.

Wow. This place has gone way down hill. The service was horrible tonight. We ordered online and went to pick it up but it wasn't there because they gave our food to someone else. They had to remake it and when I opened it at home was very disappointed. It was supposed to a cheese steak. What I received was a rubbery, soggy bun with meat and onions. There was no cheese that I could see or taste. Is was a warm mess.
Excellent sandwiches and the friendliness service.
