This place has been here for over 40 years so you know it must be good! The steak sandwich was the best my husband ever had! The Italian hoagie was excellent too. The sandwiches come in several sizes and that's good because they are filled with quality meats, cheeses, etc.
The service was bad the food was bad the owner was super rude … he gave me a just stake philly no cheese no toppings no mayo nothing said it was my fault because I did not ask for that even though I said I want the works everything on it . Then I said I was wrong and customer are not always right that he should not give me my money back and that I’m one of them people as he walked away and said a bad word to me . I let him know that I’m not one of them people whatsoever that means and I will not fight with him I just wanted my money back I bought him all the food back and after he didn’t even give me my right refund I walked away very much upset I hope he learns how to talk and treat people because customers are the ones who keep business going I will NEVER eat anything from that place again this is for the one on 1253 Nimmo Parkway #112

The food is normally good, but I paid for extra toppings on my hoagie and didn't get any of the toppings at all... It closes so earlY, by the time I got home and noticed it, thrush were closed. Not happy
I received the wrong order today via Doordash and to my amazement, the owner delivered the correct one himself. That speaks Volumes to me!! Not to mention, the food was really good!!! I'm completely impressed.
Haven't been here in a while because it's all the way out Virginia Beach and I love in Norfolk but when I do stop by my food is always freaking delicious ????
Food arrived on time and was hot. It was really salty… did not enjoy it at all.
Worst customer service experience. My company had ordered through Grub Hub a pretty large order. Two hours later we hear from Grub hub that the ordered was given to another driver to the wrong person. Grub hub then cancels our order and tells us we will be refunded. I call to replace our order without the delivery service because we still want our food. I was told I needed to speak with the OWNER. The owner then denies the reorder because he needs to find out where the food has gone in the first place. Very very frustrating situation when we asked for it to be remade and we would be paying for it when we came to pick up the order. I did not understand the disconnect as to why our order could not be remade when it was not our mistake and we were going to pay for it. Not a happy customer, and the situation was handled VERY poorly.

I had a Chicken Philly, I thoroughly enjoyed my food. They bring it fresh off the grill so it's still Hot, but its so good I didn't want.to.wait for it to cool down.
