My wife and I stumbled upon this gem one morning while we were walking around exploring the area. It's a small place but the quiche and the coffee were excellent. I can't remember if I had a bagel or not but they looked good! There was a steady flow of business that morning, and everyone in the place was very friendly, we really enjoyed it.
Fantastic Latte flavors, featuring seasonal options. Quiche is delicious and breakfast sandwiches are fast for a quick meal.
Coming from Austria we had breakfast every day here. So friendly, so good. I would say the best breakfast in VB.
Excellent mom-and-pop coffee house. Very good breakfast items and treats. Sandwiches are made to order and baked goods are homemade. Great service and friendly staff. My only complaints are that their drip coffee is a bit weak, there are very few places to sit and no public restroom available. Will definitely be back again the next time we are in VA Beach.

Favorite place to get coffee in Virginia beach oceanfront. The iced coffee uses coffee ice cubes! SO GOOD.
My wife and I are in town from Chicago, visiting our Marine Corps son. I was looking for a good local coffee and bagel place and found Perked Up on a Google search. What a find! It’s a cheerful little hole-in-the-wall place where it looks like all the locals go. It was very busy, with good reason, but service wasn’t at all slow. The coffee was excellent and so were the bagels, which I got toasted with cream cheese. I had a good size order but was still in and out in ten minutes. If I hadn’t needed to carry the stuff back to the hotel for my wife and son I’d’ve been happy to stay awhile. Nice people, nice place. It put me in a good mood. Give it a try!

Excellent staff. I loved this quaint little coffee shop with outdoor tables to enjoy the nice weather. Highly recommend the cinnamon roll muffin.
