I’d only been to their drive thru until the middle of April 2022. I love their soufflé… you can’t go wrong with the 3 they offer but they stop serving them around 10:30 a. m. Yesterday I dined inside their Kempsriver restaurant. One glass door was shattered so it’s just an unsightly piece of plywood. I didn’t know that no one seats you or approaches you. You either order at the kiosk or with the cashier. You pay and receive a beeper. You then pick up your order and take it to your table. Once you’ve eaten you clear your table and empty the trash, stack your dishes and bowls. I’m not sure why we’re required to tip the cashier because you do all the work. They have a tasty Asian salad but it’s over priced. Tried the drive thru in the middle of May 2022 and even tho the lady in front of me and I myself were there in line long before 10:30 ? a.m. we were both denied the breakfast soufflés.
I come to this Panera almost everyday in drive thru they either mess up my order or have me wait 15 minutes for food coffee that should take 2-5 min to brew. By the time i get my coffee my food is ice cold. Today i waited at the window for 15 min to get my coffee burning hot and my food ice cold. Have consideration and at least cook the food a little after you start brewing the coffee to make it all fresh and hot. I have to many stories of my order being messed up to list. But just know it’s often that they do something wrong with my order. Btw i got a egg sandwich with cheese and it even looks cold

The Mediterranean Veggie sandwich is my favorite entree. It’s healthy, fresh, and has amazing flavor. The portions are enough to have you satisfied when you get a half or full when purchasing it whole. I like to top off my experience with a Kitchen Sink Cookie and a nap. Lol
As a former Panera worker not at this location but I know what’s expected. The few times I went, the service is just not what I’m used too. Today was my last straw that I had to write a review… it’s the little things for me. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted, & I went through the drive-thru so I had to wait longer but long story short the sandwich was never toasted so I’m mad ? I just feel that nobody go there extra step at this location to make sure orders are correct. That’s all.
Never had poor service there and the food is always on par! Never had a wrong order either except for one to-go order that was missing one item, and they handled it as best as anyone could. They refunded the item that was missing After they replaced it for me..then they gave me several chocolate chip cookies. I think the managers name was Michelle, and she has fantastic customer service. 10/10 will be back at this panera.
I was sent to this location to pick up a GrubHub order and it took them 45 minutes for one sandwich and one cup of soup. I have never seen such a disorganized mess. I have worked in food service industry all my life and it seems like Panera can't get it right with their speed or hospitality. If you go to this location be sure to bring a book and maybe a blanket to take a nap.
Love the bakery but this location is not looking as clean as usual. As soon as I walked in my shoes started making a sticky sound. The floors were filthy at 9:45am. That is a big no for me. This is a high traffic location. Needs personnel nonstop cleaning floors and counters. Maybe you are understaffed? Hire more people.
The chipotle avocado sandwich melt was the bomb. The price was not the bomb and they were out of eggs this morning and when I visited last Friday ?The people working are nice though.
Their spinach artichoke souffles are awesome!!! Maybe a little too much Carbs and Fats for everyday, but once or twice a month, yeah! And their Cafe Latte is TOP in comparison to Starbucks. Perfectly blended.❤️
