I just left Panera Bread I usually get great service. The cashier got my order wrong was out of every cookie and gave me a mango smoothie when I clearly asked for a mango lemonade. When I asked for the manager he was nonchalant and didn’t even offer to refund a $6.00 drink for a regular drink. I went May 2. 2022 at 9:30pm please do better
Slow to get my bagel, staff really tried to get people to use kiosks vs helping personally. My issue is if I’m going to ring up my order, get my own coffee, don’t ask me “give something to the team.” Maybe think about charging less. Just a thought. Good bagel and coffee though.
Several years ago I stopped at Panera several times a month for an early morning dinner, as they were one of the few places serving dinner dishes when I get off work.A change in my commute made Panera less convenient and I stopped going for a while.I stopped in recently and found that everything that I had previously ordered is no longer offered, and what remains is a surprisingly wide selection of things that I do not want to buy.
This Panera Bread does not carry some of the items listed on the on-line menu which was one disappointment. The person waiting on us spoke so low we had to repeat our order several times. Another is that there is no apparent upkeep of the dining area [dirty tables, spill slop near the beverage area and trash on the floor in various areas].I had decided to give Panera Bread another try and it was a dusappointment.I passed up Jason's Deli down the street and now I wish I had gone to Jason's Deli instead!Jason's Deli always has someone cleaning their tables, dining area,salad bar, etc. And they have a better selection. Plus free ice cream.Panera Bread ...you need to do far far better!
My order was not found when I got there from calling it in, but Mr. Caleb saw to fixing it expeditiously with kindness. Thumbs up to him! ? Thank you Caleb
ordered an Asian Sesame Chicken Salad with extra wonton strips. Got: full bowl of lettuce and 3 wonton strips and minute amount of slivered almonds but no chicken.
I ordered a pick two for lunch around 11:45 AM from the Pembroke location --- half of tuna sandwich, broccoli macaroni, and a side of chips. My order was to go. The staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. The tuna did not taste good like what I've had at other local Panera's. This tuna tasted like and had the appearance of the chunk light kind from the can. It was a very wet, messy sandwich. The broccoli macaroni was absolutely delicious.
It was good. I would definitely recommend the flatbread pizza. And the soups are always good. Enjoy the treat!
Always love the soup and grilled cheese. Is a little expensive though. Foods good
My husband is a new fan of Panera. I have always liked it. The customer service at this location is good. We ordered the Pick two: chipotle avocado sandwich which is delicious and brocolli cheddar soup which was creamy and the broccoli was perfectly cooked (green and tender...not mushy).My only complaint is that they oftentimes run out ingredients like bread for the chipotle sandwich or even chips.
