Love the food, found only one person with customer service. They screwed up my order, was dine in, they made it to go. Gave me the wrong smoothie. Miles was great, and apologized for the whole team. There was a really rude lady in the back. Not just with me but other customers too. She definitely does not need to be around customers.
Egg, bacon, and cheese on asiago was great!Unfortunately, floors were so sticky you heard every footstep and coffee wasn't filled. Why they left just one person at the front doing 3 jobs is beyond me. Hopefully my next visit will be more pleasant
Since you guys won’t answer the phone and the customer service line doesn’t work. When I asked for no chicken on my salad, it wasn’t a joke. Now I’m back at work and suck with a $5 salad I can’t eat.
This is our first time at this location, the food was excellent & our waitress even suggested a way to save a few dollars by ordering a combo. Since we're retired every dollar counts & we so appreciated her help. I asked for some paper towels to wipe my chair, she insisted on doing it herself. She checked on us later to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. Her name is April & both she & Dave made sure we were happy with our experience. Every business needs employees like them!
I usually enjoy my visits to Panera but this is my first time at this location. Staff was overwhelmed but helpful. Food and drinks on the other hand wasn’t up to the normal standards. The lemonade was tainted with the taste of some other fruity drink. The food was hot but tasted stale. I’m far from impressed with this location and have no intentions on returning. Hopefully they can turn it around because it has the potential.
My review should be two words..soggy mess. I returned this. It looked like the bottom of a three day old salad.
I order here frequently as I work close by. The food is great and the staff is friendly, however the drive through seems to be hindering the speed and accuracy of service at this location. More often than not, I have to wait 10+ minutes past my pickup time for my food and its frequently missing an item or prepared wrong. I don't want to fault the employees for this, as it always seems to be that the drive through is the cause. Panera is not food that should be served in fast food fashion; few things take a short enough time to prepare to not end up holding everything up trying to accommodate a drive through.
Very disappointed. I had a free birthday pastry coupon yesterday. They let me choose anything I wanted and still charged me $0.99 for it. What is the point of free if I still have to pay? When I asked the lady to get refunded that money she said she would refund it back to me but I still haven't seen it yet.
I love Panera Bread and typically have a positive experience wherever I go minus the wait time, which I understand. However, being asked if I paid when literally the same girl took my payment not even 3 minutes prior.. not cool. To top that, we paid 25 dollars and did not receive what we had ordered.. please check the bag and the order ticket prior to giving items to customers. If fast food places pay rates are rising for employees my expectations are going to rise as well. This case just do the job and check the bag.
This new location outside Lynnhaven Mall is very nice.However, their food portions are always on the "small" side, unlike other Panera Bread locations in the area. The soup is also always served just "warm", even if you specify "hot"soup. And any extra requests are also kept to a minimum.However, they do have great ice at this location.
